loved seeing your comment, specifically you sharing what this man’s filmography meant to you in your childhood, the magic developed and perhaps bond when your father introduced you to his films. maybe not the place for me to share this personal thought, but like mentioned your comment really resonated with me. i, on the opposite side of the spectrum grew up without a father. in my youth i discovered Jackie’s films and immediately became enamored by the mans body of work. long story short... he eventually became, maybe silly of me to share and admit, the father figure i eventually encompassed in my developing years. whenever the subject is brought up and I’m asked a specific question about my youth, i always respond with that my father figures from my youth that helped develop my character to who i am today have been both Jackie Chan and Homer Simpson. will not touch on that second on now for the sake of not typing anymore. lmao

Back in those days people trained with great intention. Martial arts was a way of life for people like Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee. It wasn't about competition only or just for fighting. It was a socially significant philosophy fostered with conditioning and a disciplined way of life. Bruce and Jackie have contributed alot for the arts.

thats because he is a hands on person and hence his expression is lacking, most of the hands on people are similar, they do their own profession well but lack in expressing.
😁😁😁😁
He's actually autistic
Jackie is just one of those people whom it's impossible to hate....
.....
....... respect from Tunisia
Tell that to the idiots who disliked he video.
disliked generation nicki minaj
As you know nothing about him...
I come from Hong Kong, where he make his name...
He suggest there are no Hong Kong movies, only Chinese Movie (just to please communist party in China)
He said US is the most corrupted country in the World, but he made his fortune in US not China
His personal life is shit... did you know about how many sons and daughters she ACTUALLY HAS?
Not to mention all the #metoo rumours I heard since very young, you have to know, Hong Kong is unlike US, they dont encourage people to stand up for these incidents.
If Kevin Spacey is not allow to work again, Jackie Chan should be executed today, that's how difficult for this man to be hated.
He fucked so many girls @@floatingrabbit3556
Guess you didn't know him well
only actor in history who broke almost every bone in his body being original.,this guy should be the highest paid actor of today and bruh can you shake Jackie's hand already😂not cool at all guy's a legend show some respect
He accidently didn't see his hand out is all. Just showed respect with big hug and inadvertently because of his size didn't obviously see Jackie's hand. He's a fan.. Course he would've had he seen it.
They hug him means not only respect it’s more welcoming N love
I respect how Mr. Jackie Chan talks about how he was like when he was young in a matter-of-fact way. I like it so much that he's saying that life is always a work in progress for our betterment and becoming a better person
Everyone wants to hug Jackie that they forget to shake his hand after . He is just the Best #Legend 💜
"Jackie Chan" is the best actor of the world. We all like and love "Jackie Chan". May Allah bless "Jackie Chan" and his family....
Ameen suma ameen
Ameen!!! Inshallah

This man is living legend, but something make me sad is he so old now😭
everyone will get old including us..😥
@jawaadthebest people like you are why TH-cam comment sections are the punchline to so many jokes. Chill out.
@jawaadthebest I don't even understand what you're trying to say at this point.
"no education, nobody teach the me right thing"
Look at jackie now his behind bruce lee's FAME
Jackie Chan will always be my all time favorite actor! He is legend.
Jackie Chan is loved by all💙
Sad Love Story Not true! Many Asians hate his guts!
@@TrinhNguyen-sh4fj Because they are jealous.
I love how much he uses actions and sound effects when he’s telling stories. The camera man focusing on him probably has a headache but this is so much better than sitting there just talking
Back in those days people trained with great intention. Martial arts was
a way of life for people like Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee. It wasn't about competition
only or just for fighting. It was a socially significant philosophy
fostered with conditioning and a disciplined way of life. Bruce and Jackie have
contributed alot for the arts.
I'm a simple man. I see Jackie Chan in a video on YT, and I click right away.
also a simpleton that loves a copy & paste message
“You almost died last week”
Jackie Chan: “yes”
Lmao.
Just another day in the office for Jackie. LoL
Even his interviews have stunts and special effects. Legend!
probably cause he is not good with English words lol but yes still legend
Nicholas Patrick Jackie does NOT use special effects!
The biggest appreciation for this man Jakie Chan is all about his Simplicity and humbleness where nobody has conquered. 🇮🇳👌👍
Its "legendary" that he's still alive after those stunts.
Blessed man,
with Divine Providence 💫 💫💫
True !
there's no need for quotes on legendary, because it is legendary.
tell that also to Tom Cruise
''And also you dont swim..''
''Yeah!''.
Then the suspensed story of between life & death turned to another joke.
one ib truth!!!
I will never get tired watching every Jackie Chan movie
He's one export from China which I will always be grateful for. Such a humble human being. Grew up watching his movies, now totally in love with his aging beauty (smile & his lovely voice).
Awkward at 0:41. Poor Jackie just being left hanging like that. I would've shook that hand like meeting the king.
SEEZEE I think someone in the stage should of went up and gave him a handshake what an inspiration
He got upgraded from a handshake to a hug :)
@Rich Gang no respect which is why he gave him a huge hug. I could wrong but think when a man hugs another man, he respects the hell out of him dumbass.
Damn lol how did you catch that
I went to look for this comment the moment I saw it! Funny!
One of the best actors of all time.
💯💯💯💯💯💯
How the hell did he survive that fall??? I just don't understand. Massive respect
Witch one?;-D . He fall. Gets injured..."Hell, lets do it again!"...Pure badass.
He fell on his NECK the first time around. How he escaped that sans paralysis, I'll never know... and then does it AGAIN. The man is a walking miracle with an incomparable resilience and work ethic. I adore him.
He cracked his skull and had to get surgery after a stunt went bad in Armor of God if I'm not mistaken.
He is not human
As bruce lee told us “be water, my friend”
Jackie never gets old 🤓
Jackie Chan: *having second thoughts bout the clock tower stunt*
Samo Hung: Let's Do It!
Sammy hung is old. He can’t do anything
haahahaha
Sammo Hung*
Whenever you are down..just see Jackie's interview.. you will laugh n enjoy life..!
Thank you legendary Jackie for entertaining us..
Just imagine he has lived for 65 years
If there's a person in the world who deserves to be called an "Icon" and a "Legend" is Jackie Chan! 🖒💪
My idol after bruce Lee..and bcoz of these inspiriring martial art angels Im still active after 52..thanks ..keep inspiring the world..we need it for sure 💯
Jackie is such a great guy I’m definitely getting that book 📖.
the book is amazing!
He is aging like fine wine ..lots of love from kenya
@Jacques howard poa sana

Same
Kenya.. Juja😃😃
That man just laughs at Deaths face every time.
I remember him saying when he came to Hollywood, he couldn't do stunts that he used to do. Because of the insurance purposes and safety issues. Lots of Hollywood actors are doing their own stunts because of him. He's just an amazing person.
Jackie Chan has been asked same set of questions for past 40 years, and he answers with same script and enthusiasm, but he must feel bored
Yes, that's what I said they do and ask the same thing over and over but that's Americans for you.
Plus they always make it feel uncomfortable in the interview :( Hint why he hates America
Its like others would enjoy that he get hurts. If i were in his place i would reject to go in those kind of shows. Its just stupid
@@tolya8655 I think he hates doing it but comes with the job to promote. Why do they all talk on these american show's like the sun shines out there arse its just creepy :(
@@unclebulgaria7454 Lol I don't know about that. I think Chinese/HK/Taiwan interviewers are way more harsh when it comes to making the star feel uncomfortable
@@Garasky Nothing that i have seen in interviews they just love him in his home country its more fun and mess on interviews. Definitely the american interviews are the weirdest they look and talk to him like he's not from this earth and just think everything is funny?
Jackie Chan love from India ❤

It's so bad to see ur childhood favourite actor getting old
he explained every single moment.... with act... wau.... every people fans are so lucky to see him there...
You have to love Jackie. He is a legend. And the love and respect for Bruce Lee; EPIC.
Even legend is not enough for this man...
Why do journalists or tv personalities always ask the same question?
JC is #Legend
See Lo For other People to hear the question and answer again
I understand your frustration
(actual reason) Because the "General Public" does not follow Jackie Chan like a fan would. A fan may watch many of his interviews but a normal person (99.9 percent of the population) does not. So, for the general public, they have never heard these questions.
When i was little my dad and I would watch Jackie Chan movies on the weekends on VHS , loved him ever since , thank you dad for having all his movies 🥰🫶🏾
