​​@@bisdaksasugbo ILOILO doesn't need to catch up with Cebu. We don't like it. ILOILO has its own pace, that is why it's always correct in its urban planning, 😂unlike Cebu. There's nothing to catch up with Cebu. , ILOILO is a different breed, in fact , Ilonggos don't like the kind of progress Cebu has. So, let Cebu catch up with itself, it has so much to learn from ILOILO in terms of urban planning. It can still catch up with ILOILO in urban planning. We in ILOILO understand how messy things are right now in Cebu - the horrendous traffic; the squatter colonies; the environmental pollution; sinkholes; the water resources crisis.And there is the flooding at the south Coastal area which submerged the basements and ground floors of some residential condominiums in the area. This is really bad for Cebu. Condominium developers and unit ownersxm are losing a lot in this problem in Cebu. One condo owner uploaded on Facebook the basement of his condo building at the south road coastal area showing the basement of the condo bldg underwater and his car submerged in flood waters. Big problem here v Floodings are getting worse in Cebu. And there are sinkholes in some areas. Nakakatakut We in ILOILO are just sitting here and observing the problems in Cebu.
