Hi new subscriber here 👋 i am happy that you choose my home town as your second home which is cebu and i love you are enjoying the vibrance of cebu and the buildings. Keep up the Good work hopefully to see you more for future content in Cebu. Abante bisaya ug Abante cebu. Shout out from Dubai. 🎉🩷
Good choice. I retired to Cebu about 2 years ago and I love it. Everyone speaks English, nice climate, nice people, low cost of living and the women love Americanos.
For some reason, the ice machine in this place seems to be down more than 50% of the time. It's kind of annoying to have a warm soda. Aside from that, the restaurant is really good. And if you watch for the green signs, sometimes you can find some good bargains there.
@@tonyku7129 No, only members can shop at Landers Superstore. Entry and purchases are limited to registered members with valid cards. However, a member can bring up to five adult non-members as guests, but the member must do the shopping.
VERY hard to get a cab there. Many people in front of you waiting for a cab to empty. Most times you have to haul your bags to the street and hope that a cab can find space to pull over for you. S&R is far more cab friendly
That's unfortunate to hear about the difficulty in finding cabs. Have you tried using Grab Taxi or other ride-hailing apps? They're often more convenient and reliable, especially during busy times.
I'm guaranteed to be lost walking the aisles of Landers w/o a working calculator for currency exchange rate... For example: What's the worth of a Filipino Peso to that of a US value? It shouldn't come as any surprise to anyone for my need to count using my fingers and toes for currency counting accuracy! 😊
The free haircuts aren't a good deal. You first have to go shopping and buy something. Then you take your receipt to the barber shop area. Only then will they put you on the waiting list. The waiting list is usually like an hour long, so you're going to give up a lot of time to get a free haircut.
Some people say going there early, right when the store opens, can help shorten the wait time. Plus, there's no minimum purchase requirement, and the receipt doesn't expire. So, if you plan it right, I guess you can definitely make it a worthwhile deal 😀

One thing I’m interested in finding is dessert mixes. Glad to see they have cake mix. Did you see brownie and cookie mix?
@@stevenftw2 Yes I saw Betty Crocker and Duncan Hines brands
Munky has a sweet tooth. She always goes straight to the candies and cookies
