You know what you should do after every ride you should replace the ally forks. Maybe the previous owner forgot to clean the forks. If he didn't clean it that'll cause the forks to leak.

You repeat yourself way too much there kid!!! Bet the valve shims need replaced. Got mine it wouldn’t start and I swapped the shins and it started right up
king boy mine was a 2011 kx100. And yes kawasaki is the only company making 100cc two strokes. Suzuki used to make them they they were identical to the kx. Thanks for watching!

No. They both work. And air flows out both.
Riley Meske one is more functional than the other in the newest model I think they have separate header pipes
