I have said it before, and I am going to say it again. Your barns and animals always look so clean and healthy! I agree with you that the alley robots have proven to be a good investment for you. Especially when they are working 😂 They do seem to really help with the cleanliness of the free stalls, and the health of your milking herd for sure. I so much enjoy watching your videos. I know it must be a pain sometimes. But I for one want to say that I sincerely appreciate all of the time and effort you sacrifice to edit and post. Have a blessed rest of your week!
Can't wait so see your planting videos. Winter has worn out its welcome. Eric, you handle poop so well and efficiently. The manure scrapers seem to have a real positive effect on your work.Glad ou were able to get the chipper for free. Thanks for another great video.
I agree with you, those scrapers makes your floors cleaner, helps in all areas. Hopefully the weather will cooperate with your planting schedule, good luck there. Thanks for sharing, I hope your week goes well.
Eric, I really enjoy watching your videos. I grew up on a dairy farm in upstate New York. Been to New Holland several times. Great area for farming that you do so well. Thank you for your good work ethic and your love for the Lord...
I couldn't enjoy my morning home made latte, nor the cheese I had with dinner, without dairy farmers like you. Thanks to you 10th Gen and all the farmers that grow the fine food we have here in the US.
Another informative Video Eric. Whenever I watch a video with you & your dad working together it invokes past memories for me, even though it’s been many years. I lost my dad 3 months after turning 23. I so enjoyed working along side him. Often finishing off the day cold & dirty. Continue to enjoy & cherish your time together.
I was surprised to hear you are getting ready for planting already. We still have at least two full months of winter left here although our department stores have replaced the snowmen and Christmas trees with hoses and hoes! Nice to see a new video Eric, Thanks.
Nice Kinze planter! Row cleaners, 2X2 N drops, and the spade closers. Winter is never easy for a Dairy, but y'all know what to do to keep things going. 👍👍
Teeth are harder to gauge the edges of, and the pack is almost bonded together. Better to take smaller "bites" than to snag the wall. They have what works for them.
Eric, have you or your dad ever considered having subscribers come to the farm to "assist" so they get what its like to work on the farm. I'm sure a lot of us would be willing to give a day or two of "free labor" to experience what you do everyday. it seems like a win for both. ?

Awesome to hear "get ready for spring" already!

We just put our planter in our shop today too
hoses and hoes sounds like a singles bar
Can't be to early for prep work!
Started on our planters today. You never know how long it may take to get parts. It may be a few months to get them.
I would think Pa. planting would not be until April. But I could be wrong.
I love a good teaser. Cant wait to see this new project.
The two of you are doing a grand job whatever comes before you !! Greetings from Australia

The Hoover Shaver dose a great job, I see what you were saying about getting close. Looking forward to your next video and upcoming project.
Thank you for your explanation of the financial end of your farming operation
Clean, efficient, dairy farm. I love me a cold glass of milk or chocolate milk. Great videos! Always a good watch!
These are some of my favorites. As a city folk I have no idea how you farm. This is great.
Finally spring planning video, pretty tired of winter 😂
Excellent! Learning from Raleigh, NC!
Good to see you back.
Yeah, things have been very slow. Need that ground to freeze.
can’t believe we actually got some snow this year in Lancaster, last few winters have been pretty mild
Always enjoy your videos, it looks like you have had some snow. See you in the next one.
Can’t wait to hear about what the new project you have coming up.
Thanks for the video. I’m always impressed with how useful a skid steer is. Such a fantastic piece of equipment that you can use for about any job.
12:23 I swear I heard a "bong" !
Glad to see you back!
We miss your awesome videos. Your farm is immaculate and your girls are loved, spoiled and.beautiful. :)
Another Great Video 👍 Great content, keep up the great work!
Love your videos Eric hope all is well
The cold isn’t fun, the manure in our barn is a nightmare when it’s below freezing. We get through it though it.
Molasses. In January? He'll still be there for your next video!
We didn’t see any dancing with a shovel in the calf barn. 😂😂 have a good day
Great cleaning job as always looks great 👍
Like your idea about feeding. You have to push up the loose feed though. Will it cost more for the custom chopper to fill your silos??
Nice to see you again!!! ❤🙏
Well done Great job
Eric were you guys planning on building another bunker silo for you spring harvest of Tritical. It would be an awesome setup
You've got that manure scrapping down to a science. Nice technique.
Excellent video
Truck delivers Molasses, lawn mower delivers Dennis. 😁
Little mower by the big one! 😅
Good to see you again man 👍
I see the lines that was ground on the cement ...holding up pretty good..probably have a little more skid stear traction
Awesome video Eric. Thank you so much buddy
Probably got the same cold snap we did up here in the U.P. of Michigan.
Eric, you make great videos... Dave
Great farm to watch
Thanks Eric! 🙏🇺🇸
Thank You for Sharing.
Happy 2024 😂🎉😂
Have you ever tried the tooth/dirt bucket in the bed pack? May help get the bucket thru it and save the tires some.
Teeth are harder to gauge the edges of, and the pack is almost bonded together. Better to take smaller "bites" than to snag the wall. They have what works for them.
It feels illegal to be this early, love you vids man!!!
nice team work ✌
Cant beat the foot controls especially for the tight areas your working in .
Great job
All good!
Your not the only one being a little slow lately Eric it's understandable buddy just do what you can we will be here
Thanks
Stay warm and safe brother from the 80 degrees imperial county California 👍🥶🥶
Love ur videos thanks for sharing 👍
That chipper will be handy if you ever have to get rid of some body like in Fargo.
Eric,
How long are your calves on milk before they are weaned?
8 weeks
Cool thanks@@10thgenerationdairyman
Are there laws coming to outlaw the spreading of manure on frozen or snow covered ground. Would like to have a review of your Meyer TMR sometime.
I hope that change that we're seeing is manure turned into compost. Keep up the hard work boys.
Molasses huh...dairy farm and rum distillery? 😊
Gotta sweeten the pot for the working gals. 😂
Another very interesting video Thank you
You guys need a bigger shop
great video!
NRCS Manure stacking shed? They got a ton of money right now.
Mehgan is the MVP
You’ve got my attention now on the manure storage. Kinda slipped that in on us 🤔.
Do you have less hoof problems with the robot scraper? I really enjoy your videos.
Eric, have you or your dad ever considered having subscribers come to the farm to "assist" so they get what its like to work on the farm. I'm sure a lot of us would be willing to give a day or two of "free labor" to experience what you do everyday. it seems like a win for both. ?
It's time for an update on your shop
Hey eric. What happens when the scraper bumps a cow? Does it stop and wait for her to move or....?
how did they fix the plastic on the hood, kinda have the same problems?
They have a neighbor who has a method for "welding" (remelting?) plastic...and it comes out lookin' almost new/considerably better!!!
yeah whats that called, do u know? Would like to find someone that can do that stuff bc his neighbor is in another country 😅
@@DigitalDairyFarm It's called plastic welding.
Idk if I've ever seen your calf feeding routine. You guys milk 3x, do you feed calves 3x or 2x? Who feeds your calves?
Milk replacer or whole milk?
Good stuf Eric
I bet it took a while to unload the molasses. It was probably slower than molasses in January. 😂
Hope yall have enough silage until corn harvest.
Are you feeling well Eric? You seem less full-of-energy/fatigued today...hope everything is going well!
Dude i haven't seen your videos in so long... i don't know why
Excellent 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
