Great video and spot on.. I played my first league match in 18 years last week and won, my mind is a lot more relaxed now.. Just got some PT Gen 5 9fives and they are going really well..

I see so many people thinking about the last shot when they take the next one. Need to put the last shot out of your mind.

I play best when I forget everything and just fall into the game, then I get a lot of high finishes, but these are the moments that come on their own, it's hard to force it to happen, it happens😃🎯

Well done! You seem to be getting better. How many hours are you on now on the 10,000 target? Keep going buddy 👍

would like to see if you have any routines you have for putting yourself under pressure.

If you check out my other videos and use some of these , a personal favourite is trying to hit 20 single 20s without missing and trying to beat your personal best. Or round the clock single numbers without missing 💪😁 good luck

i am having an issue while throwing, is that the practice session before i be avg 70 and have high grades on practice routine, the next day or next week, i mimic the same throw and same grip but things go south, and it frustrates me, should i keep the way i throw hoping the week after to get better? or i should change my stance my grip or the power / position of my darts/throw

I think the most important thing is accepting you won’t always play the same and somethings won’t go well, try to relax about it. This is sometime what I have found putting to much focus on myself trying to hit a good average, if your throwing well at points then try to replicate that feel and same technique. If it’s not happening try and get in the flow state and relax, I would always change something little when I feel I need something to change like repeated bad results etc just like a racket change in tennis or new ball in golf. 👍

What to do when you have a bad week?? Couple off days no darts? Avg drop like 10 points

I make sure I warm up for longer when I play next and try to be easy on myself, I try to think of it as a journey not so much about individual weeks. But I think the most difficult thing is managing time 👍

Here is a question I hold the dart right in front off my eyeline and bring the dart back too my shoulder I have been doing this for years but when I do this my elbow lowers obviously as my shoulder is lower than my start point I literally cannot bring it back too my face for me it's impossible can you help me ??

Watch Gary Anderson who throws like this and try to replicate similar technique, his dart stays a similar height a lot of the way through his throw, that’s where I would start and go with it when it’s comfortable 👍

I really enjoy your videos Ronnie, but please please stop putting the auto generated subtitles on them 🙏 they can’t handle your southern accent mate, and it’s just complete gobbledygook going across the bottom of the screen, it’s so distracting 😂
