Thank you so much for your beautiful videos! 5 weeks ago I couldn't walk, and I was very scared. I didn't take steroids MS nurse prescribed me because I was already sleeping badly at the time. I rested, went to acupuncture, sensory isolation tank, did all relaxing, calming things I could and I can walk again! I believe that the most important for people with MS is to change their lifestyle. Much, much Love!

Hannah your nana’s greenhouse is lovely and how amazing to have a proper one that won’t fly around the garden 😅. I have now bought metal pegs for mine and so far they are not moving in the wind . We had my Nanas funeral on Saturday and, even though it was a beautiful service and I felt such a close connection to our God and Lord Jesus Christ, I still feel a bit sad so, reading your message brought me immense joy.

The reason that I have the same meals for the week is purely for ease. With having MS, a long time ago, I decided that I wanted to make life easier for myself and not have to cook a new meal each night when I could be tired. I hope this answers your question 🥰 xx
