    Fitness Head Coach Ben Flores explains the thought process behind movement progressions that are programmed in the Fitness classes. To start, we’re going over Plank Shoulder Taps.
    The purpose of learning and training plank shoulder taps is to build the necessary strength and mobility needed for handstands and handstand walking. We want to focus on building midline stability, shoulder strength, and body awareness in a safe environment, before teaching our athletes to kick up to a handstand.
