Master Chief in Unreal (without Ray-Tracing)

  • This is a test using a virtual camera rig in Unreal Engine 4.2.5 (using an HTC Vive as a tracking system), plugged into MVN Animate (using the Xsens MVN motion capture suit) We will be finishing the rig soon in order to implement the MANUS™ VR Prime II Gloves!
    This test was done on a dual Xeon CPU machine with 48GB RAM and a NVIDIA 1080 video card... Ray-tracing is off, because the frame rate drops significantly due to hardware limitations...

      Yeah. It's using the virtual camera rig we built with the HTC Vive. It's a great way to add that extra 'flair'.
