I like your podcast. When the abuse happens you can't put it into words but you know something is going on. When it's put into words then you know

Oh yeah, in the military for sure. Too bad, that should be a place of respect and discipline.

Okay, so I'm being bullied right now. And it's a personality issue that is causing it. I understand that to some extent certain environments can contribute to a atmosphere of dog eat dog. But, in my experience, certain personality profiles are the main bullies. However, there is good news. In the break room my manager posted something from BOLI, about What Is Workplace Bullying. That made me feel good.

That was a gaslighting tactic at your office. Im sorry to hear you are going through that. I can relate.

The office has to post a compliance note in the breakroom its phony tactic by them especially if the bullying is still going on. Its their hidden agenda.

Maybe my bullies are different from this video because they were scaredy cats for sure.
They jump at their own shadow which is why they created a mob mentality to try to mess up my reputation.
They saw that I did things they couldn't do ( travel alone, living out of state away from home while off campus attenting school). They needed their groupies everywhere.
When they were by themselves (friends off that day) is when they know how to treat me like a human.😂
However this is a good video to expose a more psychopathic bully.

I believe that psychopathy (Antisocial Personality do) isn't usually the personality do responsible for workplace bullying. I have read some interesting research on BPD which was interesting though. I know that not all bullies have a personality do, but they're typically HCPs. But yes, I am no expert. I know that psychopaths can be prone to boredom and seek stimulation.

It's extremely helpful; only resource available to real victims that's true and truly advocates for victims not perps... all others appeal to perps not victims

Dr. Naime is addressing what is only ONE corner of my "4 corners model". He is digging into the "mind" ( Corner 1, the Psychological Disorder" aspect of this phenomena. If you want more info, check out my work. Quitting my job, to do this full time.
