Two tricky games out of the way, and 6 points to show for it. Great stuff. Really liking the new signings. He was MOTM on saturday but Millar was a lot quieter in this one. But the Montenegran signing got off the mark in his second game, so both of them have now chipped in with crucial contributions. That will surely help them settle in. Browne and Osmajić linked up brilliantly. Not getting carried away but surely at least the play offs has to be realistic this season. We usually always do better in the 2nd half of the season. Last season we got off to another slow start and were playing catch up throughout, and only missed out on a play off spot by 6 points. These early games and all the points we're banking might be the decisive factor come may. It sure beats having to drag ourselves slowly back up the table.
I'm absolutely astounded that we keep turning up so well. Going behind and coming back in front again, great attitude and the players we've brought in over the summer have made the difference. I can see a bidding war next summer to win the signature of Stansfield though.
