    My favorite designer-great information! We actually have at least 12 HomeSense stores located in various cities in the U.S. as well as several HomeGood stores - I love shopping at them both!

      I love the Homegoods in the States. It's always nice to go and check out their pieces. Too bad I can't bring a whole container back to Toronto with me.

    WINNERS is also part of that chain.
    Also, if you're a stylist you should have a good enough eye to pull from thrift stores and find beautiful, quality pieces at extremely reasonable prices. Depending on your genre and who you tend to work with (or intend to work with) mixing trendier pieces from a place like Homesense with beautiful antiques or vintage pieces will give your spaces a style that reads extremely high end.
    Especially in the affluent sphere (not so much new money, but old money for sure) this will resonate with the buyer. There is a quality in antiques that you wont find in modern pieces, and old money fills their home with pieces that have pedigree and tell a story. And they don't need to be fussy... I have a few key pieces that are not precious but work in nearly every space to elevate the look and read as "money".

      It's always nice to mix pieces up. Sometimes people get thrown off, but I like to break rules in design. Makes it more interesting, like you said. Thanks for your feedback. Xx

    Love It!!! Another great video. Great accessory choices and you look amazing! The price for all of that is shocking just from looking at it.

      What's your thought on the price. Is it too high for the pieces or too low 😊 the trick is to find timeless gems so you don't have to change them up too often.

      @@StyleWithSanaz Honestly, they are low considering what I’ve used before for light fixtures and accent pieces to go in a few living rooms and apartment building community rooms.

    • @StyleWithSanaz
      @StyleWithSanaz  ปีที่แล้ว

      @EjBlaze1 lighting and fixtures are definitely not included in my accessories budget. Those prices are for people interested in starting a home staging company and starting to gather their inventory of accessories. Bring lighting into the mix and we're well over a few thousand on top.

      It's your resolution settings. The video is high quality so if you're seeing it blurry you just click on the cog looking symbol, choose a higher resolution and it should fix it 😊

    Not always but a lot of times I feel that these things in the name of "designing" tend to achieve as many useless spaces as possible. From a functional point of view, there is hardly any use for these items on the shelves there. Basically killing the purpose of the bookshelves or the library - or I am being ignorant of aesthetics and being harsh on these talented people who put so much into these designs (as well as the luxury of beautiful talking).

    • @StyleWithSanaz
      @StyleWithSanaz  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I'm sure whoever lives there will add their own special pieces like books and pictures frames to make the house a home. However, for the purpose of styling to sell, we keep the design impersonal so the potential buyers can envision their own belongings in the space. There's a reason for everything we do 🤭
