But we Peruvians respect and hug other cultures and that’s what makes us great! We not only have Japanese and Chinese techniques…We also have Spanish, Italian, Arabian, African and The most important our Inca culinary tradition! That’s why we are the best! We feel proud of what we are!

I am neither of the two ethnicities mentioned--but in terms of food--they push the boundaries, coupled with Peruvian natural food resources..Are you in the culinary world? Are you in the fanciest kitchens like me? However I would say N. Europe and Mexican food has estimable qualities in cooking

The paiche, also known as arapaima or pirarucu, is one of the largest freshwater FISH in the world. Fully grown, it can reach seven feet or more, with some specimens stretching to an impressive 15 feet from tip to tail. Weight-wise, paiche can reach anywhere from 200 to 400 pounds. Thank you for your attention and correction the name of Paiche.
Loved the non alcoholic drink pairing I got at this one nice restaurant I went to, really cool when they're creative like the one I had and this one! Also Peruvian food is awesome, the Peruvian chicken joints in Miami would just hit so different

Paiche (pirarucu in Portuguese) is a fish, not a snake. Even the word “paiche” itself means “fish” in colonial Spanish.
