    I remember lines of people wrapped around the movie theater waiting to see Star Wars. No wonder everyone was going crazy, R2D2 and Frampton! So cool, thanks for the stories!

      Most definitely keeps some of the past alive. The memories you have mean a lot to me as well others like me that love the music and artists from back in the day. Your memories are all magic brother! Guys like you that lived the life you did when you did are very far and between! The people you met the life you lived todays days are not like that. As well the music is so much different. You ever think about maybe talking to a editor and write a book? Not only about the artist brother but about your life and its journey. Brother I'm very happy and thankful that you do these videos and I found you on here. I look forward to all your videos brother and hope many more to come. Thank you.

    The second coolest Frampton guitar story I've ever heard. Sorry but the first is him getting his triple H Les Paul back after over 30 vears.

    Hey, Mark. Mike Ronsonette here. I looked really closely at the Frampton photo. R2-D2 has the guitar on his left shoulder. The cord is plugged into the guitar. The body and neck of the guitar are hidden behind the droid. A really good story!

    Awesome stuff you share.. on utube peter frampton has a concert in Oakland coliseum in 1977. Same show date as lynyrd skynyrd. I can see Billy powells piano on stage as frampton is playing.. just curious who headlined that day? I love frampton. Reason I play guitar.

    • @truebackstageandroadstorie630
      @truebackstageandroadstorie630  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I believe that was Frampton because he stated "How am I gonna follow that" when Skynyrd finished "Free Bird"

    • @crazycat6272
      @crazycat6272 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Lynyrd skynyrd then was unbelievable. How tight & sounded like the album recordings. Frampton comes alive was his best ever. That night was special. He preformed like he ment it. I'm not to crazy about some of his shows. Don't like the changes he makes .I been to many shows myself ( different bands) .Rush was unbelievable as well. Very close sound to original recordings.. anyway . Thanks for sharing this stuff. ✌
