I really liked the 1 bedroom a lot. BUT! The rent there is really meant for stupid foreigners that think that 750 a month is cheap. Even in central parts of Bangkok you can get a fully furnished 1 bedroom condo unit with the same amount of amenities or better for almost half that price.
Totally different than 19 years ago... Back then they had just installed the first escalator and people were struggling to figure out how to step onto it.

16:35 starts from $750 per month if rented for at least 3 months (same price as 2 bedrooms). is that correct?
you could find places for similar price in Rural Korea, where life is a tad more convenient. But hey , if living in Cambodia is your thing, Rock on
There you go comparing apples tangerines
Good stuff✈✈
Thanks for watching!

This place is an investor’s dream
this is so confusing 750 for 3 months, or 750 a month for 3 months?
clearly says the rent
What's the name of this building ?
M Residence in BKK
whats the weather like there? Hot?
Nice usually in the 90’s Fahrenheit with moderate humidity
Are you retiring in Cambodia?
It is high on my list. This place attracts ppl from different walks of life.
lmao thats hella expensive to live in a third world country. May aswell live in bakersfield CA for $500 a month
Cambodia is a frontier market meaning lots of opportunities that you’ll never get in Bakersfield if you lived for a 100 years.
$500 is only if you rent just a room, which mean live with other roommate.
