A commentary walkthrough of Epidemic & Highway to Hell from Bloodlines: Out of the Grave Edition which is a partial conversion for Blood. Played through the Blood: Fresh Supply port with Well Done difficulty selected. Epidemic is a town level similar to Episode 3 of Blood: A Farwell To Arms.
This level has a number of locales to explore making progression open ended instead of linear, yet it's not so big where you can get lost. By far the shortest stage in the Reality Bites episode of Bloodlines excluding Highway to Hell which is a transition level where Caleb drives a hearse to get to his next destination.

I often wonder if you have notes taken or a cheat sheet of sorts with every enemy and secret marked on it, or if it just comes down to replaying the levels repeatedly until you develop perfect muscle memory
The car ride transition level was also really cool, it's interesting to see how modders utilize the primitive engine in creative ways :D

I do practice runs for these levels before recording plus it helps too I've played this mod several times in the past. I too thought the car ride was a neat touch. It reminds me of the Bloody Pulp Fiction custom episode. In that mod, there are several level transitions where Caleb drives a car. I may want to come back to that mod too when I get the chance.
