To start our cheesy Mexican street food tour in Mexico City we went to a local place for their famous machetes. These machetes are a giant quesadilla like you’ve never seen. Super tasty, full of flavour and fresh ingredients, this is a massive meal to eat, it deserves to be shared! These giant quesadilla machetes are very popular and a must eat Mexican street food in CDMX.
We continued our street food tour of CDMX tasting sope carnitas, gorditas and the insanely cheesy queso fundido. There is some seriously cheesy Mexican street food in Mexico City to eat. Some of the best food in Mexico can be found in Mexico City. There are so many delicious foods to eat in Mexico City, we had such a great time tasting all the cheesy and flavourful foods on our street food tour of CDMX.

Everything here looks phenomenal. So. Much. Cheese. And. Meat!!!! I am admittedly not a big fan of Mexican food but my exposure so far has been entirely outside Mexico, which I think really does no justice to how delicious the food actually is at its source.

I'm from Mexico City you need to go to Xochimilco market and try Barbacoa ( just ask for this name the locals tell you which is the best) Coyoacan market food to try pozole, La Viga market to try fresh fish and seafood the locals cook for you, suggestions go early here because the market closes around 3 pm, Los Churros del Moro it's a clasic, those places are my favorites, also you can go to the biggest market in Mexico La central de Abastos but you need go early. Don't add lime I everything before you test the real flavor , sometimes lime change it

Amazing video though, well done to you both. Mexican food looks insanely cheesy, and who doesn't like cheese??? I've had gorditas from Taco Bell before, but they look nothing like what you ate. Those ones looked wayyyy better! I guess there's nothing loke Mexican food in mexico 🤣

So in the US and Canada we have this image of Guacamole being this light green paste you buy at the grocery store, that is the industrialized version, in Mexico its a green sauce with avocado in it and of course everyone is gonna have their our version of it but if it's a green sauce with chunks of avocado in it then it's the original Guacamole!

Los machetes de amparito estan en calle de heroes 192 col. Guerrero entre metro tlatelolco o guerrero y son desde 90 pesitos. Tambien estan los machetes de la guerrero en calle lerdo 186 mas cerca de Tlatelolco

You should take a bus to the port of Veracruz and try the coffee from the restaurante la parroquia. That state in Mexico is famous for its delicious coffee.

I honestly didn’t think cheese was much of a thing in Mexico. In the Yucatan I never see cheesey food but maybe it’s bc I only eat tacos🤣🧐
Maybe! It also depends where in the country you are. Closer to Oaxaca there's lots of that quesillo, Oaxaca cheese.... It's sooooo good🤤😋

Quienes en verdad conocen saben que este local solo goza de fama, ya que en sabor y calidad de sus productos dejan bastante a desear. Los machetes más ricos de la colonia Guerrero se encuentran a la vuelta, en la calle de Luna esquina con héroes, en un local llamado El quesadillon loco. Vayan, prueben y comparen.
