How do you keep up with all of the nuts, bolts, washers, cords and parts and where they go? Amazing.
That engine “rebuild” was painful to watch. That engine is worse off now than it was before he “rebuilt” it. Reusing all the seals and bearings, not decking the head, reusing the cylinder sleeves and piston rings, not rebuilding any of the injectors or the injection pump, AND NOT TORQUING A SINGLE BOLT!!!

Consider using electrolytic removal of rust, specially forgears, pullies, axis, groves, locks and other precision steel parts: easily cleans in cavities where sandblasting cannot work (or less rotating steel brushes).....

this is how new bearings are treated, putting new ones on is reprehensible and unacceptable, it makes your eyes water :( and with a steel hammer instead of a copper or rubber one, because I'm not even talking about the filling tube
I wish he would find out how to properly install the bearings. The way he does it causes the balls to indent the races.

Цепи хорошо замочить в керосине апотом их легонько простучать и ипромить в томже к росине после поместиь в посуду с более густой смазкой инагреть смазка станет житкой и проникнет во во все сочлерения цепи , иоставить до полнго остивания цепь еще поработает ,метод прочерений , я в молодие годи занимался мото техникой

Man i think that you could have cleaned most of the rust off of the pins and the gears while you had to break it all down anyways even if it was a guy like me to watch and learn how you should do it right the first time ! still like your channel, that's just the way I would have done it I think !! keep fixin um up & I'll watch um !!
