The main problem is that the climate change is stepping up season by season, not decades by decades, indeed.

A falcon hunted a prey by its feet and clinged it, while other bird hunted a fish by its beak.
Animals need to adapt in response to their enviroment and pass those adaptations to their children. If you have noticed specific features or charasterctics then those are the traits they inherited.
Weather in Iraq due to climate change is horrible, specially the sky looks drab.

Very informative video on evolution vis-a-vis human induced climate change. Birds and other helpless animals are paying a heavy price for the utterly sinful and irresponsible acts of mankind

Absolute nonsense!
Earth is not billions of years old!
Man did not evolve. He was made by God:
39 All flesh is not the same flesh: **but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts,*" another of fishes, and another of birds.
40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. Corinthians 15 KJV
