absolutely stunning and tranquil. a place to live out your end-of-days to be sure.
amazing architecture, incredible house
Gorgeous home, so surreal.
this house is something to be inspired about learning architecture! What a stunning masterpiece!
Beautiful home - moody, enchanting, and elegant. Would love to see a house tour in a 150-200 sqm. lot!
WOW! Ideal house style!
pure luxury, soothing
i have seen a lot of house tours, but this is so super smartly done. compliments to the architect!!
Wonderful and thank you for the home tour
Beautiful home great interior
Super modern home in japan
such a Art 🥰🥰
LOve IT ! Amazing House
a very cool modern house!
Brilliant
beautiful
The size is very reasonable for typical Japanese people, just sit right on the medium side. Japanese architectures are known for its combination of wood, bamboo, and bricks but this particular house went for modern-brutalism design while still able maintaining a little of its 'japanese-ism'. Either way, a great looking house, absolutely love that garden.
Tear dropping house

Very nice 😊
loves it
Stunning 🤩 👏🏼👍🏼🏴🇬🇧
Increíble y excepcional.
i see luxury home. i subscribed
wow

에릭 스타일 좋다
i agree to there
Show more of the architect's work! You should showcase the material being used throughout the house, design elements, or lighting. I don't need to know the tv can swing out 90 degrees or the jacuzzi has a pillow, those are not what people who watch these videos are looking for
I would love to know what the cost of the house was and if the architect or owner are selling the blueprint and if so, how much.
Beautiful house, but feels very claustrophobic with the small hallways and moody lighting
Nice. Sometimes, your transitions are too fast. Just when I am starting to get to know you, switch to something else. Relax, and in turn, the viewer will relax and engage more.

Trend is quite a disrespect word. Culture is the proper word to describe it
What is the price or estimated price for this property?
1m
siento que le falto unos minutos, no esta bien grabado el trayecto, una casa sencilla pero con una proporcion muy comoda
Whats the price
Os namasta ai kokoro
how much does it cost??
what's the total lot area?
Very nice indeed!
Do these rigid concrete walls have issues in earthquakes?
Not really but the large glass panels and doors can be a issue which can cause them to jam up and even shatter if there is not enough tolerance set in for deflection.
Would've been perfect if parking lot was within the compound.

It looks like it has a two car garage. You can see a the garage door and opener with rails inside through the window in the hobby room starting 6:00.
@@FirstLastOne Ah I see. Damn how can they miss out such an important part of the house.
.5 seconds on the kitchen. Was there a sink of unwashed dishes?
Story telling part, shoots are good but looks like you're rushing for the house tour, not criticizing you just take it as constructively brother.
can i live in it for FREE please?
qoq the owners would be rich richhh then, japan is so expensive
Title is very misleading you should change it. Saitama is not in Tokyo, so land there is way cheaper plus there is space for it.
It was like to say listing a house in New York but actually in New Jersey.
@@battlegrand2557 Exactly, no one wants to live in Jersey🤣
but isnt it too dark everywhere?
for you maybe but some people prefer the darker tones and you can just up the light if you have to
beauty home , unpleasant realtor)(
To think that Japan is earthquake prone.
日本人と何のつながりもないブラジル人の私がこのような家を買った場合、やはり国籍は問題になるのでしょうか?
It has never failed to amaze me that a people who are so exceptional, so single-minded in their pursuits of excellence, of nature, of tranquility, of fluid & visually/aesthetically pleasing patterns of nature or man made things --- e.g., their minimalist & well "raked" "rock gardens" to their Koi ponds, still or flowing, to their exquisite Bonsai trees (some, taking decades to shape), etc --- have NO CARE, or aversion, to having electrical lines hanging every which way, in their front yard or backyard or just outside of their homes... even when you're talking meticulously designed & built homes costing $2M, $5M, or $20M.
It's just so weird.... the visual dissonance with the Japanese...
Such electrical line eye-sores are ALMOST NEVER seen in or around expensive homes, in or around expensive neighborhoods.... in the West or anywhere on earth....

no alcohol molecule's. drink more freshwater.
japanese houses have too low ceilings
Why would anyone spend that kind of effort, time and money to build that beautiful home only to have the view be a bunch of Japan's best eyesores, the power and utility lines along with their poles and guy cables?
Because they can afford it. Not like you
埼玉でワロタ
view is bad. the rest is good
should build this at beach
I like ur hair
should add more asmr for the video, like in certain scene, u could add asmr of ur movement, door moving, etc. but thatz just my fetish haha
Beautiful home, bad representation 😢 would’ve loved to see the kitchen more than the rotating tv that you love and obsessed with 🚮
A True Monstrosity
i do love that girl in the video, i do love myselfs Persian wives , i do love Japanese girls. love. om
