Post Session Feedback: Instacoach and Triton Aquatics Performance Camp

In this recap, Maddie DeMattia of the Cal women's water polo team goes over our recent water polo skill-building clinic with Triton Aquatics. The athletes saw lots of progress, and worked on various drills including defense, passing, proper form, and shooting.
After the drills, they then put their skills to the test during scrimmage.
It was a huge success, and we're so excited to see the progress made!
