Thanks for the review sir.
I have the corded Crosswave. I am in for getting a cordless but think based on your reviews would go for the Shark. Although not sure if the Crosswave Max would be better?
Bissell have just launched a new cordless Crosswave.
BISSELL Australia is committed to ensuring that all products are to the highest standard. Our products have either a one or two year limited warranty from the date of delivery.this statement is false . their Bissell Representative has made our Warranty void because she claims we never used the Bissell solution which we did . The Bissell representative never contacted us to argue the case she claims we used a powder that isn't true . We used the Bissell solution they will not admit to the product being faulty our advice to customers world wide is steer clear of Bissell the crosswave is not living up to the price of the product. $800 Australian dollars for an absolute piece of rubbish Bissell should be refunding the money to over eighty year olds who expected quality. WE TOOK IT BACK BECAUSE THE PRODUCT FAILED TO SUCK UP THE SOLUTION LEAVING A WET FLOOR THAT NEEDED MOPPING DRY AFTER USE.
Have they introduced the Crosswave Hydrosteam in the UK yet?
No.
My dirty water tank won't release to be dumped. Be waiting for response. I have pushed Grey button while trying to remove it. To continue to use machine. & just purchased Dec. 3rd 2023 at Wal-Mart. Need help.
I suggest you contact Walmart or Bissell. If you still can’t remove the dirty water tank, return it for an exchange or refund.
I just bought one hopefully it's not defective
Using the first time. Cant get the clean water tank on 😢
it was definitely dirt on the paper towels 😂
Save your money. After spending longer to clean the machine than cleaning the floor it gets real old real quick!

@@johnkemp8492 Are you going to post this under every comment?

(WHAT A POINTLESS WASTE) For the first time ever I find myself saying I don't see the point of any of these machines. I've only ever used a mop or cloths to clean up spills and in 45 years I've saved a fortune in electric and a fortune not buying specalised cleaning fluids, plus I saved a fortune not buying a 200 pound floor cleaner when you can just spend 15 pounds on a mop. In a day an age where we're all getting lazy and we're trying to cut how much electric we're all using. This seems a stupid and pointless invention. Also by the looks of it, it always seems that a lot of these cleaners just end up smearing all the mess further across the floor and would have probably taken less time and effort to do it the old fashioned way as it would have save a load of unnecessary trips to keep emptying the small tank. Its also noisy unlike a mop, i would hate to be watching tv and someone spilled something because i would have to miss my programme thanks to the noise. I only see the point of a carpet cleaner because carpets are much harder to clean without a specialised cleaner.
I dont see the point in this either..just get a steam mop instead
@@edwarddowds1014I'm surprised they have not redesigned the plenty as that was like a portable volcano and that has never seen any kind of update. Ive not seen a steam mop. But I agree that this would have been better If this was the new crafty plus with air flow control, instead of the crafty plus we got.
but however i think mopping takes longer than using a floor washer or a wet and dry vacuum and using a broom to clean is much longer than a vacuum cleaner so uhhh i think you should switch to the new way of cleaning. ditch the broom for a vacuum cleaner and ditch the mop for a hard floor cleaner
@@mohamedrumi7044 exactly
@@carttoclickshow yes this means
broom and mop: very slow way of cleaning
vacuums, carpet washers and floor washers: very quick and fast way of cleaning
