I just bought this after watching your video. I'm already in love. This is my first floor mop, but it did an excellent job cleaning up my floors - especially compared to my swiffer-ing. I didn't make it through all of my floors in one charge, but I have a lot of hard floor surfaces and I put it on the turbo setting so that may have drained the battery faster. At your recommendation, I used less cleaning solution - a long splash - and it was enough to get the floors clean. It's very simple to take apart to clean, which is essential. Thanks for the great recommendation.
Just purchased then came across your video so that makes me even more excited! got the bundle deal from bissell website. I have had 2 tinecos and they are garbage. Even after I had to send BOTH back and they repaired one and replaced the other. Both have died AGAIN. So needless to say I was on the hunt for a better brand. Can't go wrong with Bissell!
The Bissell SpinWave SmartSteam 3897A is primarily a spin mop, it doesn't have any suction but I find the spinwave mops are also much less cleanup. Empty the clean water and throw the pads in the washer. The 3897A is also not a vacuum at all, you must dry vacuum or sweep your floors first. It's also corded and much cheaper. This Bissell CrossWave OmniForce 3882 is a vacuum-mop combo with dry vacuuming option for hard floors. It is more of what people think about for vacuum-mops because it sucks up dry dirt and wet messes. It is cordless and much more expensive. More cleanup but one step vacuuming and mopping at the same time. I don't like any machine with fixed batteries though.
Great video on this new Bissell Omni force. I am also looking at the Ryobi Swiftclean 18V wet dry vac mop. Have you seen this one or done a review on it?
Sucking liquid onto a heap filter will result in too tight of a seal to pull air through. It'll basically block the vacuum. It's a pretty safe bet this is not HEPA filtered
Having a cross wave it does rugs ok, but not really carpet. It is no where near the power of a carpet cleaner but for a quick freshen up of a low pile rug or vacuum of it it works well.
Hi! Love your channel! I live in Norway, hope the Bissell Crosswave Omniforce will arrive in Europe and Norway soon. Can't wait for all the comparisons! I have never had a wet vac before, have 2 questions I hope you could answer: 1) Can the Bissell Crosswave Omniforce (or any other wet vac's) be used on carpet? Does it then actually clean/wash the carpet, not only just vacuuming? 2) When using it on laminate/hardwood floor, does it suck up the water/solution from the floor, so the floor is left nearly dry? I would assume much more dry than if you just used a microfiber mop? Really appreciate your videos! Keep up the great work:)
I just bought a tineco s5 extreme. I m bummed that it can’t lay low enough for me to clean under my entertainment center. This OmniForce seems tempting to buy. I can’t wait to see your comparison review to the tineco. P.s can you also do a review on the stretch tineco. Believe that one lay flat.
I left mine to dry overnight, and it stunk up the room. Removing that cover every time you mop is not wonderful to keep having to do. Also, the self-cleaning is not quiet. The one I got from Amazon for $229, but it's model 3882. I would absolutely not spend almost $400 on this, and it would go back. With a single charge, I could mop the kitchen and bedroom, and the battery died. The model I got from Amazon has no extra items other than 2 very small bottles of cleaning material. The review is good, but I just wanted to point out things that annoyed me a bit. I have kept the box to use it a few more times to get a better feel for it. Since the battery dies quickly and takes over 3 hours to charge, it was not easy to mop our home in one day, and it will take a few days to get it all done.
Settings coverage were lacking. You only showed mop and dry along with turbo. That is really needed is seeing different suction modes, different solution modes, if they work independently, etc apart from the turbo mode.
So sick of them just releasing new models instead of fixing the old ones. I have the Crosswave X7 and it keeps breaking and now its not even listed on their website anymore.
Sum up,decent nothing new from manufacturer video. Nothing on battery, replacement parts. He is into the 380 dollar purchase price. My research continues
I bought this two days ago and I will never mop again. It's amazing.

Thank you, Just a Dad! This video was extremely helpful for me. I just got my Crosswave on Amazon Prime Day!😅
Glad I could help!
@@JustADaddo you think you could try out the new ryobi swift clean wet/dry vac?
Can you do a cleaning video of it with all those things you put on the floor but let it sit for like a day and then clean it?😊
Can't wait for all the comparisons. Thank you for this video. It was very informative.
What’s better to buy the Bissell smart steam mop 3897a or this one? And great video

Thanks for this thoughtful review and appreciate you taking the time to discuss maintenance of these products!
Glad it was helpful!
Can you use other cleaning solution of your choice? Or is it only compatible with their own brand? Tnx
Great video on this new Bissell Omni force. I am also looking at the Ryobi Swiftclean 18V wet dry vac mop. Have you seen this one or done a review on it?
you didn't mention that it has dry vacuum only mode which can actually be used on rugs as well. haven't seen that feature before
Love this video! Ive watched this about 6 times already , lol waiting for a comparison video 😂 god bless.
Will you be comparing it with the Omniforce Edge?
oh yeah!!! just pre ordered it!! !thanks for the heads up
Great Video ! have you compared this to the Stealth cleaner? They both have optional vacuum only. Trying to evaluate the two before I buy.
Thank you! Good instruction!
You're welcome!
When will you do omniforce vs the dreamtech kenmore and tineco?
I need a go to vac mop please!
I like this better than the Bissell HF3. I was not impressed by the HF3.
I got the Omniforce 20% off from Bissell’s website.
How does this compare to the tinneco 3? Is it worth the extra $100?
What about the particle test? How good is the HEPA filter in it for fresh air? Thanks
Sucking liquid onto a heap filter will result in too tight of a seal to pull air through. It'll basically block the vacuum. It's a pretty safe bet this is not HEPA filtered
I got rid of mine. By the time I had cleaned the tank and filter and sometimes the roller,I could have vacuumed and mopped.
These say multisurface, but I've not seen any ads or videos of it being used on carpet. I'd like to see it on multiple carpet depths
Having a cross wave it does rugs ok, but not really carpet. It is no where near the power of a carpet cleaner but for a quick freshen up of a low pile rug or vacuum of it it works well.
How do you like this one versus the tineco? I have the s7 pro and love it but like that this one has the dry vacuum option

great questions, I need to do another video to show this, I am not sure on these
Hi! I can't decide between this and the tinneco 3. Is the bissel omniforce worth the extra $100 in your opinion?
Can we put medium to hot water in it?

Do you like this one more or the Kenmore one more?
Great video, thank you.
Does it have a removable battery?

Ok (Y)
Looks like the same as previous model but different look
Why is it a rechargeable. Do not want to see a charging mop in any part of my home.
People are too lazy to use a cord
So sick of them just releasing new models instead of fixing the old ones. I have the Crosswave X7 and it keeps breaking and now its not even listed on their website anymore.
So am I
They self cleaning doesn’t do a really good job
