This additional TXT record is required to comply and prevent your email domain from being spoofed. Add the additional TXT Record (Not CNAME as in the previous DNS records) and you should be all good.

I would suggest confirming your email address and once the status for the email address has changed to Verified, I would think you should be able to change the sender name. You can also edit the sender name in each newsletter or campaign email sent out, but this a manual process as the sender name is populated from the Settings>>Email page for each email.

Create a TXT record in your DNS management zone on GoDaddy or Namecheap with the values provided by Systeme.io. Once updated, contact Systeme.io support to confirm your email domain. If all is done correctly, your email domain will return back to verified.

Hi, yes everything to the left of the period (.) before your domain name. 3 x CNAME records need to be created in the GoDaddy DNS Zone, one for each of the records Systeme.io provide to you. Yes, I only showed one of the records on the GoDaddy section of the video, as I had covered all 3 in the Namecheap section of the video. In hind sight, I should have indicated you are required to create 3 CNAME irrespective of the domain provider. Apologies for the confusion this has created.

Without knowing which CNAME record you are having an issue with, and what has been entered into GoDaddy, I am unable to provide an answer. Drop the GoDaddy support desk a request for help, they should be able to tell you what is invalid with the record.
Hi Nicholas at what step are you getting this error? If there has been a delay between you entering your domain name to generate the DNS Settings in SIO, and updating the DNS Zone records in DNS Provider (e.g. Namecheap) then you may get this error. Remove your email domain from SIO and restart the process, making sure to complete all steps in single sitting.
