Hi, Yes you can. It does not matter who you use to purchase your domain and email inbox from. All you need to do is authenticate your email domain with Systeme.io once you have purchased your Google workspace account (email inbox). Thanks for using our link, it is greatly appreciated!
I've got a techie question: I understand the why behind this authentication. Settings/Mailing settings/email is verified- domain name is pending...when I "Click here to authenticate your domain and display its information in your email header, which will help improve your email delivery rates" it says, "You have already authenticated this domain" (also my sender email is displaying "This domain name is not authenticated. Read this article to learn how to authenticate your domain name" Gosh I'm just confused, and this has kept me from moving forward, any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hi, 1) in the Settings/Mail Settings, if your domain is status is still pending, you either need to wait until the status changes to verified (I tested this today and it took less than 45 minutes) or contact support to check if there are any issues with the CNAME records you updated in DNS Zone of your domain provider. 2) Once the status has changed to Verified, you can update the "Sender Email Address" on the Settings/mail settings page, to a valid email address from your email domain. Don't forget to hit the Save button on the top right hand corner of the page - you need to scroll all the way up. 3) Once step 2 has been updated, you can either change the sender email address in all previously created emails to your new verified email address. This will remove the warning that the "This domain name is not authenticated..." Step 1 has to be complete before you can move forward...

Just take each step and complete it as per the video and it should work for you. 👍 With the CNAME records, make sure to only copy the the subdomain portion of "Name" field from Systeme.io, as per the video instructions, when copying it over to the DNS Zone of the domain provider.

Since the recording of this video, systeme.io have changed the name of the link that you need to select and the layout of the page. 1. Once in Mail Settings 2. Scroll down to the Domains section 3. Systeme.io will then provide you with the CNAME records you require. Hope this helps
Hi Adalyd, yes that is correct. The purpose of authenticating your email domain is to improve your email deliverability to your recipients inbox - this should always be done. The parties involved in setting this up, is your autoresponder (in this video, it is Systeme.io , for me) and the company that you purchased your email domain from AND manages your DNS records( in this video, it is Google, for me). It does not matter who hosts your website (what you don't see in this video, is that Systeme.io hosts my website). I hope I am answering your question correctly?
Hi, this may be due to an incorrect copy and paste of the Name and Value fields for the 3 CNAME records. You could check each name value in dnschecker.org or the easiest way is to log a support call with Systeme.io, and they will let you know the exact reason ( this tends to be the fastest route to the solution).
