For this and sugar I reduced the quantities. For the frosting I used a less fat cream cheese* option. Overall, it was a low on sugar carrot cake. 🧡 Thank you for this delicious recipe. Вкусный пирог. Делаю без апельсина , в тесто добавляю натертый шоколад, , изюм, курагу , а вот сырным кремом не украшала надо попробовать. Спасибо за идею.

Looks delicious !.. Can;t wait for the weather to cool off a little bit so I can try this cake ! What really drew me into looking at this video was that the cake was more of a loaf and not a huge tremendous cake like most others. We are empty nesters and being just the 2 of us....we don't need a carrot cake that feeds a lot of people This one seems to be just the right size I am looking for. It is July ...in the mid northeast USA and very hot out. Once the weather cools off I am going to make this for sure !!! Thanks for posting this for us all !!!

Брала коричневый сахар 100 грамм, добавила жменьку изюма, щепотку ванилина, щепотку мускатного ореха. Очень вкусно вышло. Вместо топинга из сыра, смешали йогурт греческий со сгущенкой. Обалденно вышло.
