Filmation should have done a whole Dick Tracey series,with Villains like Flattop,Mumbles,Prune Face,Beady Eyes, The Mole and a host of other Villains,Filmation would have had Platinum on their hands,I thought just these mini cartoons are awesome 💯
It's funny how at 1:56 that he mentions a HIDEOUT for Mumbles at the croner of Catalpa And Ravenswood Avenues....In Chicago, those Avenues are factual, and are on the North Side of the City!

at least the UPA Dick Tracy cartoons are fun to watch (esp. those with Joe Jitsu and Go Go Gomez)
...but the show is so awful, by any decade's standards
The UPA cartoon is Objectively Bad in every possible aspect but at least it's so bad it's funny
