@@Apricot101 thank you so much for your message, and yes there are so many children that are having their childhoods absolutely ruined. I’m so sorry that you weren’t believed by your mother, that is heartbreaking. I didn’t say anything because they threatened my family, and being a kid I believed them. But when I finally told my family in my 20’s they never questioned it, and supported me in getting help. There needs to be more awareness, it’s a tough topic to talk to kids about, and deciding what age is appropriate. But it’s better to be prepared and for children to know that they can come to their parents and be BELIEVED. Thank you again for your message, take care and have a great day 🙏🏼

What a very beautiful documentary--though I am shocked to learn that both Jazz and her Mum have passed away--I wonder if they knew of this possibility of heart failure. I would like very much to have read how they got on after this program was made. I am NYC born and bred (though I spent 13 wonderful years from 1969-1982 living and working in London), and was so happy to watch the two of them enjoying their visit here in the city. And the reunion with their family made me realize that this was such a close-knit group of people, who in an ideal world would not have lived so far apart. I felt glad when Jazz and her anxious Mum returned to Wales (the most beautiful place I've ever been!!) I feel very sad thinking of their lives having been cut short. ❤Lynn in NYC

I just love jazz and Bev. They will be missed. They had a hard time because of mean hateful people. When you see someone different use respect. Thank about how they feel. They could be your best friend
Audio stopped at 8:13 and popped back on at 9:40 then off again at 19:14, I'm sorry the on and off audio just did not do this justice, What I was able to hear was awesome, Jasmine seems like a lovely young lady and her Mum outstanding. I wish Jasmine and her Mum all the best.
Oh so sad they both passed away. To think Jasmin passed 8yrs after this documentary. Bless her living in a tent...how disgusting the council didn't give her a home. RIP Jazmin.
Was so sad to hear that Jaz didn't have a better amount of time to find her feet and live a richer life of her own. Her Grandparents seemed to have given her a great sense of her own worth and obviously loved her dearly. Naomi was a truly fabulous friend - it would have been good to hear more of her interview, but the sound cut out! I hope she cherishes her time with Jaz; able to remember the good parts, and know what enrichment she brought to a young person weighed down by being a carer.
This a wonderful story and they make a great little mother daughter team. I'm glade Jazzmine finally got in contact with her dad. I'm little only four feet 11in I was measured for dwafism. I was born six Weekes early weighing two pounds fourteen inches. I don't have dwafism but even at this height I have challenges. I love this story live life thats what its all about.
Mum is capable of getting her own breakfast and coffee etc., now I understand why she had her daughter do it, because she wanted to feel like she needed her. But it’s not fair to put that on a young teenager especially if you are capable of doing it yourself. I hope mum is feeling better now. Mum your daughter is not ever going to leave you🤗. It’s hard when our kids grow up and get ready to venture out and spread their wings. I hope she knows she has a Lotta love and support surrounding her💜. May God bless them🙏
Usually in an African home its the children who start to serve the parents ones they are about 9, 10 etc....its a sign of service to elders and respect!
The mother is so lazy and could've gotten a caregiver for her needs. Just demanding and makes me sick. That child should've been worrying about her schooling and studying and friends that is what is important not her mother's needs and pressures from her mother. And the mother taking jaz away from her father is DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL. Her mother is straight up SELFISH!!! well she passed away and now jazz is by herself because the relationship she would've had with her father as she grew up her mother took away and her grandparents are old and need caring. Just what the hell was her mother thinking you guessed it herself! I feel for jaz being cut out of her father and his side of her family she could've grown up with. Just so messed up.
@@carrieanncancino5118 I don't agree, how exactly is that selfish 🤦♀️at 15 a child is waaaaaay old enough to run an errand for her parent in any continent! At that age I was cooking cleaning, going to the shamba ( bet you will call it abuse) I don't blame you, it's where you come from! Westerners are too self entitled & spoilt that's why you have the eye to look, see -ve & hate on a perfectly beautiful relationship!
They are both gorgeous! I am 4 foot 8 inches I get the comments all the time. I have an autoimmune disease that turns my skin on my arms and face blue, purple and extremely red. Plus it effects my breathing muscles so I have to wear oxygen. Boy do I get the stares. I was an EMT for many years once at thehospital bringing a patient in some guy in the waiting room said do you know your short. The 6 foot doctor was in the hallway he said to the guy do you know your stupid! Of course she knows she’s short duh!!! What a wonderful Mom and Daughter.
As a mother I would never think of placing the demands on my children that this mother places on Jazz. Her mother treats her like a servant. Jazz is 15 years old in this video and she does everything when her mother just as capable of taking care of herself, the animals, the home, groceries and food preparation. Jazz is amazing but definitely not the mother.
I was married to a guy who had Achon dwarfism. When we went out into public and people would make fun of him, he would come home and mentally crash on the couch. He would not talk for the rest of the day. Totally bottom out. It was really hard on my marriage. Wish people were more understanding.

@@mic47013 they’re saying she died of suicide! 😢
So sad to hear that Jasmine has passed away I've just seen it on the news today 💔
and her mum
I love those 2. I hope their lives are full and they are happy. They are both beautiful souls. I wish we could have seen her meet her dad
It's been reported her Mom passed 9 years ago. :(
@Daniel S what?!?! I just looked her up a couple days ago. And that's so so sad about her mom :( I hate to hear that.
Sadly they've both died since this documentary.
I just love jazz and Bev. They will be missed. They had a hard time because of mean hateful people. When you see someone different use respect. Thank about how they feel. They could be your best friend
love their relationship, beautiful people
No sound from 8:28 - 9:58
Yea I know
I love this channel so many good stories and content
The sound cuts out in the first quarter of the film..... It does come back but you miss quite a bit of the dialog.
Audio stopped at 8:13 and popped back on at 9:40 then off again at 19:14, I'm sorry the on and off audio just did not do this justice, What I was able to hear was awesome, Jasmine seems like a lovely young lady and her Mum outstanding. I wish Jasmine and her Mum all the best.
such a lovely young lady.....wise beyond her years....
what a heartwarming very real story💕
May Jazz and her mum rest in peace
does the sound cut out for other ppl too
Yes
Praying for the best life have to offer.
How did you all hear about her mom passing away and jazz too is there more to this TH-cam how do I find it?
Oh so sad they both passed away. To think Jasmin passed 8yrs after this documentary. Bless her living in a tent...how disgusting the council didn't give her a home. RIP Jazmin.
Rest in peace Bev and Jazz xx together again God bless xx
She wants to see her father he will love she has a beautiful soul just by looking at her I can tell
I remember watching this many years ago. Absolutely loved it
Did you know jazz and her mum have died
@@pearlkelly6337 I knew her mom died but I didnt know Jazz died. Very sad
Bless your heart🤗
Audio keeps cutting out shame RIP too you both ❤️
I am happy she is getting to know her dad
I wonder if she stayed in contact but Jazz and her mum died
Even for a 16 year old Jazz is incredibly mature! what beautiful humans!
I love this family. I'm curious to know how Bev was able to afford to travel to these far of places. Was she working?
I read her and her mother have both passed away? I didn't know that!!! Sad they were my favorite!!!
Yeah both died
RIP gorgeous girl, just saw the news 😭😭❤️
Her mum as well
I’m so proud of you ladies 💝
This is a beautiful story it made me cry
It will make you cry even more now, her mum and Jazz died
Rest in Peace Jasmine and Mum 🕊️🕊️
R.I.P young lady , with your mum now . xXx
Jasmine is sooo beautiful...I don't know but she really is super beautiful en I love the ways her and her mom are like best friends ❤️🦋
Rest in peace to Jazz and her mum
Rip beautiful ladies jazz was so pretty my son is 28 same age as jazz I can’t imagine losing him so young.
What a great mom she was
Mum is capable of getting her own breakfast and coffee etc., now I understand why she had her daughter do it, because she wanted to feel like she needed her. May God bless them🙏
It's been reported that her Mom passed away 9 years ago. :(
Usually in an African home its the children who start to serve the parents ones they are about 9, 10 etc....its a sign of service to elders and respect!
@@sabinamuriithi1339 well she is not from Africa and her mother was selfish.
8:28 - 9:58 the sound goes out . 😩
Rest In peace so sad to hear the news 💐
Her mum as well
Beautiful souls . Rip together at last
What an amazing mom. And the daughter is as cute as a button.
Unfortunately they're both dead now.
Not really, she emotionally drained Jasmine.
@@f.l3450 they’ve both passed away
As a mother I would never think of placing the demands on my children that this mother places on Jazz. Her mother treats her like a servant. Jazz is 15 years old in this video and she does everything when her mother just as capable of taking care of herself, the animals, the home, groceries and food preparation. Jazz is amazing but definitely not the mother.
I was married to a guy who had Achon dwarfism. When we went out into public and people would make fun of him, he would come home and mentally crash on the couch. He would not talk for the rest of the day. Totally bottom out. It was really hard on my marriage. Wish people were more understanding.
Jazz reminds me so much of Lindsay Lohan 🤎 R.I.P to them both💕🙏🏾
What happened to the sound after 8:27? I guess it comes back after 9:59 or so but still..
