We talk about the years Coppi lost to WW2, and it’s true. But he lost his early 20s. Bartali lost his late 20s. And still won 3 Giri, 2 Tours and 7 monuments. As a smoker!
why is the sound so bad? the voice of the narrator sounds as if it was recorded on a bloody phone?! or is it just me?? a great story nevertheless, all the respect for the truly noble man!

Hero is so overused but Gino Bartali is a true hero and an incredible human being.

The reason why Hollywood has yet to make a movie about this man's life is that it is too dramatic to be believable.
