🎵😲On the La-a-st day of Cre-ep-mas, my Book-tu-ber gave to me-e-e!! 🎶😲THEE most AN-ticip-ated horror/thriller books of 2024🎵🎶.... okay not sure that fits well with the melody but works for me lol!! 😁... Yes, I'm gonna miss that intro, too... and will very much look forward to it next year 😉... but I do miss "Hello Creeps!" twinkle twinkle twinkle 😄🤣... so I will be happy to have that back 🤘.... btw, "Die Hard" IS in fact a Christmas movie!! And it isn't Christmas until Hans Gruber falls from the Nakatomi building 🤣🤣🤣🤣.... Thank you very much for doing this series! It was fun looking forward to new episodes arrive. It takes your channel style and crafted a cool, seasonal holiday special, so to speak!! Lots of exciting ideas ahead. I am looking forward to them and I never heard of the Black Farm so thank you for a new title to check out! 👍Enjoyed this very much, Anda!! Happy Holidays!! 😊
Wow, the 12 days of Creepmas has flown past. I can’t believe it’s been 12 days already. You should make it a little annual tradition, which would be cool.
I’ve really loved the 12 days of creepmass! It’s been very cozy and helped me to enjoy the holiday season more. While I’m here, I wanted to recommend a series called Tales From the Gas Station by Jack Townsend. It’s very mystery filled and funny, you may enjoy it! Much love to you and yours!
Thank you so much for The 12 Days of Creepmas. I’ve loved it! I’ve watched every day and my husband even started to look forward to seeing what you’d be up to next (and he doesn’t even like thriller/horror books)! I’ve started reading Kristopher Triana thanks to your recommendation and I’m so excited about getting a Kindle for Xmas. My New Year resolution is to turn off the TV and read, read, read…
Im like u i never have a TBR for the month. I really enjoy ur videos. I struggle to go out of my house as well. Not having "more exciting" things is a great thing. It means u enjoy every day! Thank u!
Hell yes! Die Hard IS a Christmas movie. Thank you for that :) Also, Lethal Weapon and Gremlins are movies I watch every year at Christmas. Thanks so much for such a fun Christmas series. I love your channel so much. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone :)
I have some end of the year recommendations for you/ just wanted to talk about my fav reads this year lol, I've talked about this over and over but I still love "I'm thinking of ending things" by Iain Reid, that and "Foe" by Iain Reid. They're both super mindfucky and a wild ride. After that I'd recommend: "A short stay in hell" by Steven L peck "John Dies at the End" by David Wong "Tender is the Flesh", and "Let's Go Play at the Adams" (I dont remember if you talked about these so I'll just leave these here) "Frisk", "The marbled swarm", and/or "The Sluts" all three are by Dennis Cooper and finally "The Resurrectionist" by Wrath James White Thats it, hope you find something you love here as you've helped me find so many great reads. Thanks again and have a great Holiday :)
Hey anda thanks so much for this series I had a great time these past twelve days and like you mentioned, Holidays are always a tough time for me so I wanted to thank you for giving me something to look forward to this month. Also I wanted to lyk that theres apparently an obscure version of Dead Inside called "Dead Inside Unrated - Chandler Morrison" It supposedly has over fifty more pages of content and it actually came out first. So the unrated edition came out in 2016 and the reg edition we all know and love came out in 2020, but other than that surface level info, not much it known about this "Unrated" Edition and I rly wanted to bring it to your attention. Anyways have a great christmas and Happy New Year!!
Stuart Turton, author of 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle is releasing his third book in March called The Last Murder at the End of the World. I have it pre-ordered, I'm super excited!!❤
8:49 could you please do a weekly or even bi weekly “book club” of this. I have had my copy for e years and haven’t started. Will motivate and keep us all accountable! Just a thought! You could set a page limit and each video is reflective. This way we also really digest it. I am also a fast reader but this seems to be the one to take bit by bit.
thank you for the 12 days of creepmas, that was fun! I don't know about my reading next year. I switched from a part-time to a fulltime job recently and I'm sure, I will cut down my reading.a few weeks ago, i finished my 'read every novel and collection by king in publication order'-project . and now i dont't really know what to do, haha! my idea was to read more classics, too, but I also have some fantasy-bricks to go through and I started reading warhammer 40k a few days ago. no idea, if I'm gonna stick with that. have a nice rest of the year!
I first saw the original Black Christmas at the theatre on a double bill with The Exorcist!...I was YOUNG (snuck in underage)...I am OLD...although I like The Exorcist, BC blew it away!...as a side note, it was close to Xmas and the day after seeing it, my mom told me to go up in the attic to get the decorations...AAAAAIIIIIEEEEE!!! I re-watch it often and it ALWAYS freaks me out...happy to hear it's your fave too...thanks for the reco's etc!
I definitely recommend watching Violent Night. It is great, and David Harbour plays Santa 🎅 I always take off the book jackets whilst reading the book so I dont damage them.
I’m really looking forward to Murder Road. Simone St James has quickly become one of my favorite authors. And Small Town Horror is one I’ll probably pick up, too. I loved Black Mouth.
I read Dead Inside after you first mentioned it, i really liked it a lot. I read the Ring series this year, lol, definitely was not expecting all that but i really enjoyed them :)
I have a huge list of books I want to read/buy next year. Darcy Coates for sure. It’s funny you said you wanted to read the satanic Bible, I read the satanic witch because why not? It was the stupidest thing I ever read, glad I read it though, how NOT to be. Hehehe! Thanks for doing Creepmas, it was fun.
Could you flame Waterstones in the UK? I boosted in to see if there was any Darcy Coates seeing as you speak about them all the time and they had none. I’m not particularly invested in her work but live vicariously through you gushing over them
Just found you. Love you. You may like Leigh Bardugo’s Ninth House and the sequel Hell Bent. Also, if you haven’t read any Robert McCammon, he’s awesome. Grady Hendrix is also great. Subscribed!
Anda, a good classic novel for you would be Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad. It is very readable, fairly short, and also had a underlying horror element.
Hey Anda, for classics have you read Rebecca? Remains one of my favorites. And while it's not horror it is gothic and romantic in the sense of high emotion but not a love story.
I don't follow enough authors to pay attention to what's coming out next year. That said, I am interested in Chuck Tingle's next "normal" book, Bury Your Gays. I quite liked Camp Damascus this year.
I got a question what have you learned reading horror books about your self or life in general. Horror stories are pretty deep when you think about them. The history of vampires are interesting but says a lot about the people in that time.
I’d love to see you read classic literature, because that is my favorite genre and what made me so passionate about literature. You should read Crime and Punishment.
I love Ronald Malfi but his new book sounds so similar to Black Mouth having the same synopsis almost. I hope he can change it enough that I don't feel like I'm reading the same book
May has a TH-cam channel. It's very good. she reviews movies and a lot of horror. Also The Silent Patient is honestly not good. Maybe you will love it but it was kinda predictable...
Rare Exports is a movie I enjoy for this time of year. - Edit - Mine was the movie+video comment. It was fine even though it wasn't Christmas-specific lol
Extreme horror, is not relateable at all, and you cant put yourself in the shoes of the characters, because its so far out and gross, that its silly. thats why they dont stick. is my guess. for me at least. i find them more moronic or funny for the most time. i vision the author is like "see how dangerous and super hardcore i am" and then falls completely flat. but some of them are really good. like cows and dead inside (but thats a satire, so dosnt really count, like a spoof on extreme horror).
I have been trying to get through House of Leaves for about three months now. It’s a SLOG. I’m determined to finish before the end of the year, but I feel like I’ve been reading a different book than everyone else. I’m not loving it. 🫤 However, The Exorcist and Rosemary’s Baby have been two of my top reads this year- highly recommend both if you like the movies!
Omg May Lietz/NyxFears representation 💖

I've tried House of Leaves Twice. I need to finish. Also, as rough as it is you need to read Blood Meridian. That is the best book!

This was a wonderful series, thank you for doing it!
I hope this series becomes an annual thing cause I loved this ❤ thanks for the content
These were awesome! Thanks for doing these videos! I look forward to your next year! Also in your book reviews I’d love to see the inside of the book.
Great videos!! Enjoyed watching them all.🎄🎄❄️❄️💀💀
I took the journey for all of the 12 Days of Creepmas. Fun ride! Also, I was one of the people who recommended Black Farm. That one creeped me out.
Stuart Turton, author of 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle is releasing his third book in March called The Last Murder at the End of the World.
I have it pre-ordered, I'm super excited!!❤
Anda, I have no idea how your videos got suggested on my timeline, but oh boy, I'm happy they did! Great work! Love all your videos!
These 12 days flew by. Enjoyed every one of them.
Love it🎉12DaysofCreepmas. Sounds right.

I always take off the book jackets whilst reading the book so I dont damage them.
I will attempt to watch a Christmas story as well as the Bill Murray classic Scrooged
I love all your videos, I always enjoy watching them, merry Christmas to you and your family 😀

Krampus and Batman Returns are my must watch Christmas movies.
Thank you! I really enjoyed 12 days of creepmas.
Looking forward to read that "Cujo" sequel in "You Like it Darker"
I always look at the physical book under the jacket. You can find a pleasant surprise every once and awhile.
I always look under the dust jackets! 😄

Good luck for House of Leaves, it's totally worth the effort 🙂
I’m the same with house of leaves I have a copy but haven’t had the courage to start it yet
I've only read one book, and started another before life happened, but I think you would really enjoy Jonathan Janz Books.
I already have a never ending tbr list for next year. Yet I still can’t help myself buying books. Lol
What Was I Sacred Of freaked me out as a child (in the ancient epoch that was the 1970s).
The Hollow Dead is pretty good. Fans of the author will be pleased.
Hey Anda, for classics have you read Rebecca? Remains one of my favorites. And while it's not horror it is gothic and romantic in the sense of high emotion but not a love story.
If i was an author, I would most definitely put cute quotes or pictures under the book jacket as an easter egg for my readers.
I don't follow enough authors to pay attention to what's coming out next year. That said, I am interested in Chuck Tingle's next "normal" book, Bury Your Gays. I quite liked Camp Damascus this year.

It’s not Christmas until Hans Gruber Falls from Nakatomi Plaza
Have you read and of The Game of Thrones books or Harry Potter series ?
my bday is march 9th books are the best gift
May has a TH-cam channel. It's very good. she reviews movies and a lot of horror. Also The Silent Patient is honestly not good. Maybe you will love it but it was kinda predictable...

Theres a sequel book to Gone To See The River Man.
Do you review indy horror here?
Wait... People are really out here reading hardcovers with the dust jackets ON?!?!
You heathens!
have you rea stand?

Yeah…. If the books are too “wordy” , I find it more difficult to masturbate whilst reading. 😢

House of Leaves was awful to me. It felt like a book you have to give SO MUCH effort to read with little payoff. 🫡 Good luck I hope you like it more!
