All the people saying its not technically 'poached' hmm yes I do agree with that factually but, I have noticed that all around India [even from my knowing mouth as well] we like to term this style of eggs as 'poached' lol. I mean hence the term 'Indian style'
So conclusion : A poach is technically just egg done in boiled water with salt or vinegar, but Indian poach is generally just this!!
