I just purchased a 75 inch Samsung frame. Using the modern teak bezel, and it looks great on the TV. To me the idea is for the TV not to look like a TV with the dark bezel around it, so the lighter the better.
Just got a 65" for my bedroom, now my living room is jealous! Love it so far. Bad part is that it is on most of the day! I guess I can enjoy my art while I sleep hahaha!
😘 Mr B your uploads are fantastic and have helped me figure things out far quicker than I otherwise would have if I had not stumbled upon you so thanks.👍
For some reason the bezels are hard to find. This video calmed me down about not getting a new bezel. The black does look good. Especially with the right matte and image.
I have the 55" 2021 Frame TV. I got the modern brown and the teak frame for it. I'm thinking of getting the white but I would love to see how the modern white vs the beveled white look. I also wish they would bring the frame price down, it's just a piece of plastic. I could see paying more if it was actually wood. :)
I first went with the dark brown, but to me then it just looked like a regular tv bezel, not a picture frame. I like ended up with the beige and really like it, fits my wall color perfectly. I think on your customer’s wall the Beige also looks great. All the other frames are slightly different so it keeps that theme. I agree on a white wall the white looks great

I just got my TV today! I’m ordering the white bezel too and feeling even more excited after watching this video! By the way, I’ve activated my 3 month free access to the art store, but it seems as if I only have free access to a very limited number of art works (like 40 or so). Did you encounter this as well, or do you think I did something wrong? 😆
I like your videos on the samsung art TV. I am getting a custom built backdrop to mount the tv on the wall. My question is when you add the Customizable Bezels frames how much does that change the dimensions of the tv? I am looking at the 75 inch the dimensions are Product Size (W x H x D) Without Stand 66.1" x 37.8" x 2"
Would the customizable bezels for 2019 frame TV work on the same size TV 2020 model when wall mounted? Can't seem to find this information anywhere. Thank you. Great video btw
Another solid video! Thank you for context on the Frame. Reviews, installs, etc are pretty scarce. I just ordered the 2019 65in Frame for the new house... I couldn’t find any substantial reasons to convince me to get the 2020 over the 2019. I asked you awhile ago about running the OneConnect cable through conduit. That’s my plan I have the conduit behind the wall in the living room going to another room. Fingers crossed it works. I won’t get to test the tv out for another month but was wondering if you could do a review or comment on how the “soft sleep” works and motion detection to activate the art mode. Like does the screen turn off if no motion for 10 min. Does the art mode come on if I walk by 6am to get my coffee? Thanks man keep it up.
Everything you said is legit and accurate. Yes to all on the art and motion detection, soft sleep for a period.... as I have seen and been informed. The 2020 looked a little brighter out of box but no sense in me making a bunch of 2019 frame videos now, lol. One connect should work, hope the wall isn't too dense, plaster, with plywood could be a little too much .. simple drywall should be fine. Thanks for your support.
Hi, great videos, just subscribed. Would a 2020 Samsung Frame Bezel fit tot he 2021 Samsung Frame TV? I need to bodge mine so that it's on a wall mount that can rotate a bit, so it will need to sit a bit further from the wall because of the bigger mount. I'm thinking that as the 2020 frame was about 2cm deeper, the bezel from that would work perfectly in making it still look flat against the wall?

This was very helpful to give me confidence to push the clip. Thanks. I would suggest you do a quick video on it and show not only the proper way to do it but how far to expect it to drop. There is no other info on the net at all about this and people are thinking the sensors are broken or incompatible with their bezels instead. Silly, I know but for those that followed the directions, it’s not very clear either that the sensor needed to be dropped. Anyway, thanks for the tip!
Yeah it's a weird thing. I did find a little video clip on the Samsung support site. Someone uploaded it. Then I made a FAQ video for the frame that is online.
Buying a 55” soon (will definitely use your link). What are your opinions on the 3rd party bezels out there, i.e. Deco frames. Also, thoughts on mounting on drywall above a fireplace?
Over a fireplace can add a little complexity to the install unless there is a simple 2" or > conduit run... you also could put a low voltage box in wall and hide one connect in that. Never used a 3rd party frame on this TV. They look cool.
Used your video to help my father install my 75 inch the frame TV, but I have a question. The black bezel that is the permanent frame around the TV, is that different then the black bezel they are selling? I was going to order the black bezel because I thought, well maybe it makes it more frame like than the one that the TV comes with, but not sure if it would just be putting the same thing over top. I wonder why they even sell the black bezel. Hope that makes sense. Thanks. Appreciate any help from anyone..
Yeah it is already black and so don't buy the black frame. Get a cool color like white or beige. And then he would have 2 colors. Black and then that new alternative.
So I have the 2021 65” TV and finally received the bevel whit bezel. But I’ve notice that it covers a lot of the sensor on the right and I don’t believe that sensor pops down more like in the old models. Am I missing something to do. My tv seems to not come on as easily when I walk in the room in low light. Thanks

Right I'm confused on this too. I think the bottom line is that the black bezel gives you a slightly more "art" look by thickening the bezel (ironic since tv manufacturers have tried to slim them down for year). Whether that's worth $200 USD is a matter of subjective taste.
