    I just want to say I'm so grateful of seeing the support from so many of you! I'm truly thankful for it! But I still need to address one thing, which is I actually failed the challenge on day 31, and eventually decided to quit the challenge.     Not that you looked bad before but I feel like I can see a difference. I appreciate your honesty in this video. Explaining the highs and lows. I look forward to hearing about your progress. I know you are going to complete it!

      I actually failed the challenge on day 31, and eventually decided to quit the challenge. I think my mind and body wasn't really ready for this challenge as for now. Hope you don't feel disappointed. I made a new video talking about why I decided to quit the challenge, one of the main reason was the diet rule really encourage the all or nothing mentality for me, the longer I restrict myself, I feel like I am more prone to binge, and that's where I really drew the line.

    You’re so skilled on editing your video and yes following a diet and exercise plan it’s hard. I’m currently in a bulking diet and for me the hard part it’s eating. Sometimes I don’t wanna eat at all, but this diet it’s about putting on muscle. I was 145lbs 3 months ago, now I’m 170lbs and yes I gain some muscle mass. Sometimes I feel like quitting but watching motivational videos makes stronger on not giving up. Keep up the hard work, and yes I’m a new subscriber 👌

      Totally agree! And congratulation to your gains! It's so hard to follow a diet, but if you feel like whatever you are doing is sustainable for you then you have found the key to your success! I am still finding my keys 😂
      After experiencing this challenge, I feel like diets are mostly temporary for me, and due to my past diet experiences, I am very prone to disorder eating pattern, so any highly restricted diet can induce the all or nothing mentality, and that's very harmful for me. I'm still trying to figure it out, I hope things are on the right track :))
      I find lots of joy in working out, so it's not as hard as following a diet, it's actually kind of fun. I think I really need to find the right way for me to approach this diet thing, which means I need to enjoy it, so it can be sustainable. Thank you so much for your support! :))

      @@KCKCKC1314 believe me, I’m the same as you. I love more exercising then diets lol. But in a bulking diet you don’t need to worry as much as a cutting(getting lean muscle) diet. And yes I’ll be supporting your channel, count on that 😉

    Just the idea of stop working or doing something is stressful to change your life for the better, that's something worth to give a salute to you and follow your videos.
    Youre a strong female, Keep going you can do anything you determine to do.

      Thank you for your kind words! I'm still trying to find a balance way to live a healthy life. After doing the 75 hard challenge, I actually don't think this challenge is the right thing to do for my current situation. I think what I need is something more sustainable and not as restricted, and I'm working on it! Once again, thank you so much for your support :))

    Hi! Just a quick tip. Before your flexibility session, do some warmups to bring some blood into the muscles. Or alternatively, do the flexibility session after your training sessions. Hope it helps!
