Great video Bill again. I totally agree, ground wires are very important, I am a industrial engineer and have seen many people forget to either reattach them or not even worry about fixing broken ones, then they wonder why funny things start to happen with electronics. Take care.
Could be many things...a broken wire in the harness....a bad motor. Start swapping parts to narrow down the problem. You can even move the wires from a neighboring motor and see if the motor works when you punch in that number.
