Hey, I have many pads that blow up like this. To get a more efficient pump, blow a longer breath from much further away. It will fill up the entire pump sack that way with little effort. It’s called the Bernoulli effect I believe.
I ordered this, waiting. Had I known it was being shipped from China, I would not have ordered it. I was supposed to use it this wknd for a backpacking trip. It's Wednesday, and it's still not here, but it's in the U.S. and passed on to a carrier ...waiting😕
I called the manufacture and they said one can use a battery or electric air pump for air mattresses. I have a pump that plugs into my cigarette lighter in my Jeep and works well with other air pads. I ACCIDENTALLY sprayed some deet mosquito spray on my old air mattress and it eat holes in it within minutes! I'm now looking for a replacement and seriously considering the Kilos!
you are not using the pumpsack correctly. It is a physics thing. You are barely putting any air in the sack because you are not blowing in at the right distance and barely blowing any air regardless. Doing it correctly, causes the surrounding air to be naturally drawn into the sack when you blow your air in.

Nice thanks so much!
I pop a Flextail tiny pump 2x on mine and start unpacking something else.
Nice we’ve thought about picking one up!
You can blow a longer breath into the bag and it will collect more air each time...
Yeah after this first time I used way less pumps
Wave that pump bag in the air and catch some wind before you blow into it. Get a full bag of air and it will be much more efficient.
Absolutely she figured it out the next time!

That stinks! We just used it on the trail last weekend and slept very well!

This sleeping pad feels much better than the others we’ve had.
I wonder how this pad compares to the Zenbivy UL sleeping pad...mainly the mylar layered ones?
Kim is just getting started in her backpacking journey so she's only tested 3 pads at the moment, thanks for giving us ideas on others to test!
Oic...alright.

She figured it out after she made this video lol
