- Recently there has been lots of conversations about Sacramento Raceway and whether or not it will be open for the 2024 season. I haven't heard of any official statements being made yet so as of right now we are going to enjoy the remaining great events left in 2023 and not worry about it. lemme guess...Homes are being built too close to the raceway that's been there for decades.....and now it's time to chase off the racers to satisfy the homeowners that BOUGHT HOMES NEXT TO A RACEWAY !!!!!! 😅
Even worse they want to build home at the raceway! As you know this happens to everything cool in California.

@NorCalMiniMoto there is a house at the Raceway, and an apartment and another small house across the track to the North The track owner Dave and Nancy Smith lived there with their kids Cindy, David Jr, Michael ( R.I.P) and Jennifer. The track ( front half and pits is going to be truck parking starting Dec 1st. The back half of the property will eventually be auto recyclers.
