Laws of Tithes

In this video, Israel Horowitz outlines the laws of tithes. Contrary to the claims of the institutions, tithes do not go to them. There are very specific laws in the Torah which describe who tithes go to. God envisions a society where each person helps their fellow in every way possible. Religious systems and governments try to control people's money, but God calls on the individual to use their own resources for real charity.
