Introduction information for overseas viewers: The video commences at the southern end of the M1 near Hornsbury, a northern outer suburb of Sydney. The speed restrictions are due to the building of a tunnel to connect the M1 to the M2. The tunnel is due to open in 2020. Speed limits for motorways are generally 110 kph and highways vary from 100 to 110 kph. One of the worst roads in terms of traffic congestion is Pennant Hills road which connects the M1 to the M2. The road is badly damaged and has plenty of traffic lights. Speed limit is either 60 or 70 kph. The filming must have occurred on a holiday weekend because the traffic flow only took 11 minutes to connect to the M2. M2 and M7 are toll ways. Compared to the US standards they are expensive but enable commuters to easily transverse Sydney to the M31the main road to Canberra (capital of Australia) and Melbourne.
