Great video mate. When I get the urges to gamble i just think about the journey i have been in the last 40 years and I never want to go back down that road. Never never. god give me strength i hate the bookies. Take care look after yourself and hope the family are all well. Tomorrow is a new battle
Exactly mate and as much as the past isn't healthy to dwell on, its also a useful tool to remind us of what lays ahead if we return to the addiction and give in to the urges. Keeping barriers in place and keeping that cycle broken that lead us to those dark places are key in my opinion to staving off the realistic return to our old ways.
Just my spin on it to be honest, I point out very clearly I would never encourage nor is this video to encourage relapse but if it does happen then there is another way of looking at it and taking a positive from it in order not to try and give yourself best chance of not doing it again. All about opinions I suppose and that's just mine I'm no expert nor do I claim to be and last thing I want to do is plant seeds of negativity ellen

I enjoy the videos but please don't include the music. It's very distracting and detracts from the very real stories you're sharing with us.
