It's (note use of the apostrophe in a contraction- although spelling out "IT IS" is actually preferable.) PIKELHAUBE not an "imperial german spiked helmet." And my reason is I SPEAK ENGLISH.

Known as a a Tshapka, these were worn by Uhlan (lancer) cavalry units, copied after the Polish lancer Tshapkas. Certainly a rarer helmet to find.
