Awesome video! just one thing to add, don't use a screwdriver for any of this. just use your thumb to push back on the damper to disengage it, then move it to the side, no prying needed.

Agree. In fact, it reduces the chances of snapping the plastic bits with too much pressure/leverage of a screwdriver.
