I used your mini course along with the Humber module info and after two weeks of reading the material I wrote the exam and passed the first time!! 87%!! A great sharing that encourages me to purchase Callum's mini course 1 in no time. However, owing to family issues, I delayed my C1 study after signing up for the Humber real estate salesperson course 1 in January this year. I doubt if I can finish the rest of the courses in a year. Callum, should I sign up for the Humber college course over all again or strive to finish everything in roughly 10 months? I am a mom of three kids under 10 and feel so not confident in the rushing time line. Thanks!
@@blisflo20 Hey so you are on Course 1 are you? You have read it but haven't taken your exam yet? 10 months is a good amount of time to complete the program but you have to know yourself. If you can delegate 2-3hrs a day everyday you would be more than good. But if its 1hr here or there you might want to start again fresh.
Q- Do you also teach your students about : Quantum -language-grammar- syntax- parce. ? Do you tell that all other use of the old system makes all contracts nul and void by language inaccuracy ?
there is module 2 about registration requiremnt,it just give general info abt education require to be sales person do we need to memorize anything coz not sure if they ll question about it
Hey Callum! I just found a confusing topic: In the C1-M2 textbook, personal property has two types - chattels and fixtures. But Passit Questions explain that personal property is moveable, so a fixture is not personal property. Which one is correct if it's on the Course 1 Exam? Can you explain, please.
Hey. So I wouldn't worry about the difference appearing on an exam. A fixture is anything attached to the home. For example a bathroom mirror or a chandelier. If a homeowner goes out and buys a chandelier and installs it, they would of course consider that personal property. However when selling a home, that chandelier, because it is attached to the house, would be considered a fixture. If the seller is planning on taking it with them that would be indicated on the agreement of purchase and sale. So I can see how it sounds a little confusing, but again I wouldn't worry about this particular distinction coming up on the exam of"Personal property or not". Just fixtures and chattels. 👍

🙏 A general understanding will be ok as far as I remember. They really bring in some historical scenarios about ownership that don't come up much again. If it's not REBBA/Code of Ethics I wouldn't anticipate more than a couple questions on specific topics.

Hello Callum. Great video and you explained the complicated topic in such an easy way. Thank you for that. I have a question to ask you about booking the exam. There are two dates shows in the course one is the last access date and other is the recommended date of completion. Would you mind telling me that when we can book the exam i.e. before the recommended date or the last access date?
Hey glad the video helped Sandeep. Yes the recommended date is just that, a recommendation so don't worry about that. Yes as long as you have clicked through the exam and your progress bar reaches 100% before last access, you are ok. You are probably ok either way but that's what I would do. From there you can take time to study and book your exam. The big date and the only one you really need to keep in mind is you have 2 years to complete the entire program from the moment you purchase Course 1. 👍

If it's registration requirements for getting through the course then no it won't be on the exam.
