This product is _only_ good if you require support when you exercise, my elderly parents found it beneficial. The resistance is only one way, the spring will assist you (essentially "spot you") when rising.
I had the same issue for the price of it they really do use crap materials I was able to fix mine by looking on Google. I had mine 2vweeks used it 3x before the spring broke then the threads on the bolt needed rethreading. Hope you get it fixed. It really is ashame how the price and materials used don't quite add up.👍
Why not use a chubby normal man,as he progresses to the six pack abs,over time. Most people don't have the time to buy this useless item, that will break down underneath a 300 lb body
