- I'm back and trying new hair dye! This time I try Arctic Fox semi-permanent dye in Periwinkle and Girls Night to achieve a pastel purple/lavender color! I absolutely love how it turned out! Let me know what you think in the comments!

This brings back horror stories when I got my hair bleached 😬 the stylist over processed my hair and it was mush!! Had to cut it and now it’s super long!! Your hair is pretty before and after! Purple is my favorite color! 💜

I'm so trying this, it turned out great! I love the combination of the two colors. I'd always heard that conditioner prevented the dye from sticking to the hair, but it definitely didn't do that to your hair, the color took great.

if you now look for Artic Fox "Bleach Please" it is a plant based bleach-vegan- and it works even on really really dark hair. the most you leave it on is 50 min but if you leave it even for 40-45 min you will see your hair turned...just watch and decide. U can buy this at a Sally's or on Artic Fox site. It may be on Amazon.... I have dark roots with grays and it works well... then I go get a Naturtint brand color [ they do call you back when u have questions. a small womens' owned company and plant life based products] over the blonde usually BUT if you just want an Artic Fox--- there u go. Good Wishes... I am about to change my hair from just blonde to darker with all periwinkle or just periwinkle at the sides of hairline about an inch???.... I saw another tutorial where the gal used 1 cup of Suave conditioner [use what you want] and 3/4 of a small periwinkle bottle by Artic Fox. ---- This was a fun tutorial and cute I gave FLO /this a thumbs UP... Thank You ALL, Especially FLO for being transparent and a bold trailblazer.

Thank you! I tried to fade them together smoothly and went over them with a mix of the colors so I think that helped!

It was only semi-permanent dye so after about a month is got pretty light! I liked how it faded though! And once it faded out it just looked like it toned my blonde hair to be platinum!

How long does it take to wash off ? I’m going to a rave and wanted to try light purple for a long time. I have light brown hair with blond highlights.

There's no way I could color my own hair. Why do you add conditioner to it? You are good with this hair coloring business and the color looks nice on you.
Thanks so much!! The conditioner dilutes the color to make it lighter and I was going for a light pastel color!
