As a kitchen designer just a pointer first off dont put your oven next to your sink water and electric dont mix second you never remember a cooktop just the oven or a microwave if you add in the microwave and cooktop it should boost the price of the house
Not a fan of red, pink or white, but the layout looks pretty good, and I am looking forward to seeing how you finish the upper area and what the whole place sells for.
I think that if you wanted credit for an extra room, like an attic, it MUST have a door in order to count as one. (from what I understand) for every room you make you get much more cash. That's why if you buy a LARGE house, if you make 2 or 3 extra rooms in it, you can vastly increase the price you get. I have proven it works like that.
I absolutely love the bedroom, and really the whole house. I think the colors all look bright and lively together, and the vaulted ceilings look a ton better. I can’t wait to see what this place sells for because to me it already looks a million times better than it did. 😊 Also. Happy New Year! 🎉
A nice sage green with the cobble stones would look good in a house like that. Maybe even a light buttery yellow with dark cabinets? I would play the heck out of this game 😂
Plants! Utilize plants in every corner and nook and cranny you can! Also you can create a little library/reading nook in front of or by the fire place that would be super comfy looking for cabin in the woods
I’d have suggested to put in loadbearing beam looking walls that are perpendicular to the roof middle line. That would look realistic, and make the lighting look better, at least in my opinion
Remember about accent walls. Like in the basement, just painting the first wall red and leaving the cobble wouldve looked 10x better. At least in my opinion
The thing I am wondering is that area that had a door on it and behind an unbreakable wall is just below the former bathroom upstairs. What if one can break the floor in that place to see if there is yet another hidden room?
Sounds like you are feeling a bit better! Well nevermind, just got the part of the video where you mentioned cutting out the coughing. Dangit! Well regardless, have a great new year.
You see how there is 1 window on the 1st floor (that has been removed) of the cabin? well adding one on the other side would be cool! I personnaly would have lowered the ceeling by 1 or 2 block to make the attic usefull!
you could have built the walls up to meet the ceiling or opened the ceiling on the kitchen. or you could have made just beams for the kitchen instead of making it full open
i gotta say... the way you mounted the toilet paper holder... If i were to purchase an Object like that house, this would literally be a dealbreaker for me. Do you know how uncomfortable that is? having to reach around to get your poo-paper? whereas if you would have mounted it on the wall next to it, next to the toilet, that would be perfect
Man have some stone or another color instead of all one color would of been nice. I cringed a little when you painted the stairs and all the walls blue. The little stone accent on the stairs would of been nice but when you painted that blue I kept saying no don't do that.
Can you believe this crap, the Developers of this game answered a gamers comment in STEAM saying they were shocked and surprised that so many people wanted Before and After pictures for their completed houses??? I don't believe that for a second. The most popular feature in the entire game of House Flipper and its a shock to them that so many wanted it in the 2nd iteration? I think the developers are playing this up so that they can act like they are doing us all a favor by putting it back into the game and then CHARGING for it as a separate DLC, which they know everyone will pay for. Another great example of a greedy developer's cash grab.
I doubt itd be paid. There was a crap ton of stuff added for free in the first, but well have to wait till it happens to see. But ya not sure why so surprised at before and after cause seemed it was loved

35:40 A friend of mine did their kitchen in similar black and white patterns, it did look really good!
I relate SO much to annoying people making loud noises at 4 in the morning. I live next to a fruit shop and they get deliveries at 4.15am.

So who wants to tell him there are 2 sizes of scaffolding in the game he could have used
He's just stubborn as he'd rather par-core or jump shot it, and he doesn't like scaffolding in some games
Splashback in the kitchen maybe and a outdoor space sounds good.
Would love for you to do a monochrome house
Side note loved the bedroom but the kitchen is hideous 🤣
Happy New Year, Grill 🎉🎉

Would be better, if you just walled up the space above the kitchen. Makes more sense in a room like this.
The thing I am wondering is that area that had a door on it and behind an unbreakable wall is just below the former bathroom upstairs. What if one can break the floor in that place to see if there is yet another hidden room?
Happy new Year grill 🎉🎉🎉❤❤
Great video 👍📷 happy new year 🎊🕛
Happy new years, love this series

I love your videos 😍❤ happy New Year
Happy new year!
I got the impression there was some kind of space behind the back room of the downstairs bathroom. The hole in the wall seemed to go somewhere.
You see how there is 1 window on the 1st floor (that has been removed) of the cabin? well adding one on the other side would be cool!

The house ended up looking very cute compared to the horror show that it started as. Don/t the boxes of cobble wall tiles you left outside Grill.
❤❤❤❤
Saw you did the stovetop 👍
You could have built the kitchen wall all the way to the ceiling, that would have worked well I think
You can use stairs as a ladder and then sell it later for 100% the cost
Yes
😊
Curtains for the windows might be a good boost if they have them.
From what people been saying no curtains in the game yet
Looks like you have a piece of wall floating outside the downstairs bathroom in your bedroom
Have you yet thought of actually building on an addition to these small houses... It's what I did, made it into a two bedroom house..
Ya figured I'd try that one one at some point. Konda thought about it for cabin but already got a picture in my head for that o e
🎉🤠💪
Is it possible to sell that cabin roof and build a 2nd floor 🤔
I think so
you dont install appliances any more? I was probably the only one that liked that feature lol
Ya it's not in this, though there is an assembly thing you can do that's super intricate for a lot of peices, they just take while to do
Kitchen is hideous 😂
more please
Happy New Year. But that blue pouf in the bedroom?
i gotta say... the way you mounted the toilet paper holder... If i were to purchase an Object like that house, this would literally be a dealbreaker for me. Do you know how uncomfortable that is? having to reach around to get your poo-paper? whereas if you would have mounted it on the wall next to it, next to the toilet, that would be perfect
Yup but it's a funny thought to make em reach back lol

the whole house is super tacky, a cabin in the woods on the outside and a 2000s bachelor's pad in the suburbs on the inside. it's horrific lmao
@@dzizs03that kitchen had me screaming and crying
This was painful
can i move in ......
😍😀😀
:)
Where’s the curtains?
Not in the game yet from my understanding
Stovetop
