Things that are in the house close to the garage.. that's why they're showing. You should place the stuff far from the garage.. check the theory. 😲

For the stuff you want to keep in your house, just rename the stuff "my stuff" then you don't have to worry about accidently selling your stuff.

So what I usually do it's like you all go to The Sinner Santa storage and check out to see if there's anything worth it and then I'll buy those if they are then I go to the second storage place by the house like you are and buy all of the units. No matter what's in them usually the volume you get out of those and all the money if you pick up all the items you'll usually make a lot more. I'm on like day 40 and have over 600 k. Also I make sure to double the price does the base value I don't round down. For example the shotgun old gods should sell for $13,332

That I know wouldn't pay out. We've gotten lockers I've paid under buyout and it's not even gotten that much on several occasions in the beginning... and especially the cars x.x

Even with the weird glitches, this is such a fun game. It was interesting to see the profit you made even while buying everything without bidding. Not a bad amount considering. And it’s always hilarious to see the return of the most bizarre grandma in the world. 😂
