Bleach tips from the kid who bleaches and dyed they’re hair so many times their stylist makes bets on them
1. Waiting till your hair is greasy actually doesn’t matter (from my hair stylist) just don’t wash it the day before
2. Don’t do your roots first, put the bleach first on the strands an inch away from your scalp then go back through and do the roots.
3. If dying immediately after, make sure you coat your ends way way more as they are the most porous and that will help get an even color
3.5. You could even go so far as to put color on the ends, then wait 5-10 min and put the color on the rest.
This is in no way a hate comment just something I wish I knew when I died and bleached the first couple times!! You did a great job and I love the cut and color!
Oh also bleach isn’t shampoo you can’t spread it so make sure you saturate the strands!
yeah !! But in most cases it’s better to leave ur hair greasy esp if ur hair is fragile and/or v dry ur gonna need those natural oils to protect ur hair :)

I already saw the haircut on tiktok and it looks so good!!
Also letting your hair get greasy before bleaching it mainly protects the scalp (so it won't burn/sting) so thats why it's recommended (it doesn't really protect the hair itself that much)

My mom is a hairdresser and has been laughing at me ever since like last summer when I started cutting my own hair lxl bc it obviously looks kinda messy but thats how I like it, ehich she didn't quite get but my hair is nice and fluffy naturally and the messier it looks, the better😤😂✨

@@noa-ix9pe i feel like I'm to scared to get it cut at all anymore because last time I got it cut was in grade three I'm in grade 8 now and last time I got it cut my dad ignored me for a month and said a lot of mean things. So I just don't cut it anymore and it's sooo hard to handle if I get one tangle it takes 15 minutes to untangle it.

Anyways I really hope you can find a way to be able to express yourself in a way that will still leavr you feeling on good terms with your family. Maybe talk to your dad why he doesn't want you to cut your hair - stay very polite here, be careful to not get angry (or try your hardest faking to be calm) or defensive; really just talk in a tone that makes you sound genuinely curious about where your dad's feelings are coming from. It is really kind of interesting if you think about it, why? Why? Why? Would your dad think that way? Finding out the answer to this could be your key to getting what you want - once you two talk it out maybe you can tell him how you feel about this and you can try to ease his worries and maybe you can find a solution that doesn't result in you being ignored without knowing why while still getting to be yourself. it’s actually good you used a lot of bleach this time and saturated your hair. it’s way better to do that because you’ll get better results & less patchy results (meaning you wont have to go in and touch it up and risk over bleaching certain parts of your hair)!

I did a wolf cut a while ago, it may be strange after a bit of styling but once you curl it a bit it looks amazing and im happy with it.
You look really beautiful! The main purpose of the mullet is that it doesn't have to be a perfectly even cut and most of us trim our mullets at home. (just a week ago I've trimmed mine with razors:d)

This helped me learn a bit how to cut shorter hair because every time I go to the hairdresser for a short style with a whole 360 video for reference and I always leave with a pixie cut, no matter what stylist I get

for the color u put after bleaching, it wasn't bad. but if u ever want to go blonde or smth like dat, here's smol tips i learned thru my own hair journey: (note that these personally worked for me)
1. don't start from the roots. ur roots are the closest to ur scalp, ur scalp is warm, and warm = bleach effects faster. If u start from roots they will be white while the rest of ur hair is yellow, and it might cause breakage(been thru this wayy too many times)
2. use a plastic bag instead of foil. it covers more and makes the process faster than foil in my experience because instead of putting many pieces of foil u can cover ur whole head w one bag. it's also a bit cheaper
3. make sure u don't run out of bleach!! the memory of having half my head badly bleached because i miscalculated the amount i need and having to go buy more the next day still haunts me :DD
4. this one is for hair dye. if u want that oompfh bright eye poking end result i suggest waiting w the dye until ur hair is a bit dry. from my own experience the water is always clear when i wash it out. i also suggest this if u want the dye to last longer :D

I'm too lazy to style my hair and I would most likely burn it off- BESIDES! My hair is SOOO sensitive. Using a hairstraightener just once managed to damage that part of my hair for weeks- I didn't even hold it for that long. Though I wish I could look like you.
