The Ronettes: Nedra Talley, Estelle Bennett, and Elaine Mayes. (Ronnie Bennett was absent for this 14-city tour.) Nedra on lead vocals on this song. Backed by The Remains (Barry Tashian on guitar, Vern Miller on bass guitar, Bill Briggs on keyboards, and N.D. Smart II on drums).
Audience recording on a battery-operated, UHER 4000 REPORT-L reel-to-reel tape machine.

I feel like Nedra could have taken off and had an incredible career after the Ronettes. She had the voice and was probably the most beautiful woman on the planet at the time...and any other time for that matter.

My mom’s friend was at this Beatles concert 55 years ago it was her first time seeing the Beatles live (and the last because after the last show in Candlestick Park they would never tour again)
And she also loved The Ronettes and while the other opening acts were boring when The Ronettes came out to perform she honestly didn’t mind then when The Beatles finally came out she and many other girls started screamed and she couldn’t even hear any note of music she was just excited to be there
