I absolutely love this game! And I don't know whenever to laugh or cry watching you fail at it. 😂 (Btw, perhaps give Manic Miner a chance, another game I love.)
Hehehe, good suggestion! Thanks! Manic Miner actually was already on the bucket list, since I played a Manic Miner clone back in the day as a kid and also have dabbled in Bounty Bob Strikes Back recently, oh and China Miner... I suppose the Manic Miner play will turn out to be something that will make you laugh or cry again. 😂 Cheers!
@@LevelUpWithJeffrey My copy of Manic Miner for the 64 was corrupted somehow, and the last three screens were garbled, making it impossible to pass them. But it was standard for me to play the game up to that point without losing a single life. Ah, good times! 😁
@@fredriksandebert7450 Oh man that must have taken a lot of dedicated pixel perfection jumping times to get that far! I'm just going to assume it's tough as nails like the other mentioned titles. I just found the clone of sorts, or game taking inspiration from Manic Miner, that I played as a kid. It's called Blagger. Probably a shadow of Manic Miner, but I never owned Manic Miner as a kid, so I didn't know of its existence 😅 . That said I was, and probably still am not, any good at these type of games. But they grow on me little by little for some reason. It's fun to try and tackle them now with some more experience under the belt and see how far we can get.
@@fredriksandebert7450 Guess Blagger is king tough as nails 😂 I really only have been getting up till screen 4 in that one. Screen 3 was already a rare event I remember. Anyway.. Manic Miner.. I'll do it on the channel soon I think. Just need to clear a Henry's House inspired game first that landed on my doormat though.. Also great platforming fun!
@@retrotap Cheers mate!! Yeah I'm not surprised 20thCenturyGaming completed it. Guy actually has platforming skills! But I just got a bit more confident about this game thanks to this session. There might be a bright future for me in this game after all 😂
Ha Ha! (Nelson pointing at you). Now you know how I feel with every game. Hurts, doesn't it? 🤣 Love the Monty music though.
Hahaha yeah that early performance indeed warrants a Nelson point and laugh! The silly game can be pure pain, but the music keeps you going indeed 😄
This game would be a nightmare for me. You did a lot better than I ever could. Tonight I will be playing Atic Atac on the C64.
Oooo Atic Atac, I had so much fun with that game a year ago. Didn't know the game really before then, but got really hooked! Enjoy man!

@@LevelUpWithJeffrey I really like Blagger too, but for some reason I just never managed to get very far in it. Weird, really.

On the plus side mate it's a lot of fun. I watched 20thCenturyGaming do a full run through it was mesmerising
It was an impressive run 🎉

@@LevelUpWithJeffrey I was a bit inspired to be honest, maybe I should persevere with it too - but there's sooooo many games to play
You can do it! And true that though. My bucket list of C64 stuff I want to do alone is ever increasing. Not to mention any of the other systems 😂
This game should be called DEATH.
Hehe that sums it up!
