As a Coventry fan I have to concede that Spurs scored twice in the 20 minutes they controlled the game, compared to the one goal from the 75 minutes when we were more dominant. More goals from less. And that kind of sums up the difference between Premiership quality and the Championship. But I’m proud that Coventry made it hard work for you 👍
Spurs fans complain about everything. When we play well but lose the game, they complain. When we play poorly but win the game, they still complain. This fanbase is so toxic. No wonder why we don't win any silverware. It's because some Spurs fans want to sack a manager after only 4 games in the season. Get a grip. COYS!
Spot on. There's nothing wrong with being passionate but fans need to remember that the Ange appointment and project was always a 3 to 4 year timeline at a minimum. Year 1 was pretty good and Year 2 is still on track (overall the performances have been decent). There will be bumps in the road and shock, horror .... we will lose some games! Give Ange a proper chance and be patient. The perfection that some fans expect is completely unrealistic.
I agree with you in most part, but if you were at the game last night you'd have seen probably the worst performance since Ange took over. Yes it was a much changed team, but we should have beaten Coventry comfortably (they're not even having a good season themselves). We were outplayed for 90 minutes, and it's only for the lack of finishing that saved us an embarrassing hiding. I'm fully behind Ange and what he's building, but fk me, we're so far away from where we should be it's ridiculous.

So refreshingly true. You cannot put a value on the time the starting side had on the pitch together. Anyone who is talking about "where we should be" has expectations that are too inflated. Each match reveals possible next steps, not Ange Out, this player sucks, tactics issues etc
Johnson receiving criticism from the fans is because of Ange’s tactics. Neither Johnson nor Son are wide wingers, but Ange insists on sticking to his system, wasting their strengths. Do you really not see that? You’re all just gullible, falling for Ange’s smooth talk. For his tactics to work perfectly, you'd have to replace the entire squad with players on the level of Man City or Real Madrid, and even then, it might not be enough.
Ange is using Son just as a wide winger and isolates him in this season. The boys don't give him any pass. I don’t know why. Ange just doesn't use his brain to use Son wisely. No detailed strategies. Ange just relies on his players personal abilities. He doesn't know how to use Solanke either. He doesn’t use his brain.
Counting attacking suits son ange ball doesn’t

These players needed game time but Werner/Sarr/Bentancur were poor and should have led the line!! why we kept werner is beyond me he cant cross/shoot/dribble! coventry showed us how to play quick and were th3e better team.possession is no good if all you do with the ball is stand and look around!!!

That was the worst spurs performance in over a decade. Bad enough that Werner and co did nothing up front, but defensively and in midfield we were utterly missing, and not in action.
Werner is beyond words in terms of crapness, he is actually worse than Emerson Royal, how was he brought back? Solanke is starting to look like the ultimate waste of money, a good player but not a good goal scorer, a fatal flaw for a striker. His PL record made that obvious before he arrived yet he got the nudge over Toney???
The younger players will begin to lose confidence now as chances to play will wither away. The coaching at the club is clearly terrible! Players for and technique will dip dramatically.

This team is going nowhere under this manager, apart from the first 10 games of last season it's just been scrapping through games and crap performances, he's out of his depth and I'm not afraid to say it PosteNOCLUE OUT.
